"Doe" McClendon

In memory of our littlest angel (victim).

God bless you, may you rest in the hands of our Lord.

(This is not a picture of baby "Doe", but a baby in the womb developed to term that baby "Doe" would have been during the time of its "mysterious" disappearance.  Baby "Doe" never got the opportunity to come into this world and meet its father, grandmother, uncle or aunt.)

To Christine and Paula:  We just want you two to know that it is not over.  More has come out, but we are not posting it at this time because we are so sure that you are watching this page.  You will find out soon enough.  You have a choice.  You can wait for the surprise we have for you both, or you can just go and confess.  Maybe they will offer you a plea bargain.  But with the evidence piling up against you both, and that conviction is evident, then again, maybe they won't.  One thing that is for sure, is that the day is coming and justice will be served for what you did to the baby and Robert.  Scared?  You should be.  All your lies are coming out in the open.

Robert was set up for an aggravated assault to cover up the disappearance of Baby Doe.  To prove that Robert and Christine were getting ready for the baby to be born, click  Pictures .

If you look closely, you will see a blue baby walker in one picture and and a baby car seat in another.  There are also baby toys, like big bird and a purple baby toy. These are from the baby shower and proves that there was a baby on the way.

In February of 2005, Christine Trent, Robert's live-in girlfriend at the time, was diagnosed as being pregnant by a doctor at Tomball Regional Hospital in Tomball, Texas.  It was determined that she was approximately 6 weeks pregnant.

Robert would play with the baby in the womb, and would feel the excitement as he would feel the baby move, knowing that he would be a father to this new baby in the last week of August, or first week of September.  They never found out the sex of the baby, but just waited for the pleasant surprise of the sex at the time of birth, hence the name "Doe".

He was so excited, that he prepared for this new baby and the church gave him a crib.  Many of their friends were excited, giving them baby clothes and necessities.  Robert's mother was so proud that she was going to be a grandmother, and Roger, Robert's brother, was excited to be a new uncle.

On August 23, 2005, Robert woke up to find Christine cramping and bleeding.  He immediately rushed her to the hospital.  The doctor determined that all she had in her womb, was fetal matter, no baby.  He kept asking her what happened to his baby and she kept getting angrier and angrier, to the point of setting him up and getting him wrongfully convicted for aggravated assault. (You can read his story in the Stories of the Wrongfully Convicted, Robert McClendon).

During August of 2005, Robert was heavily medicated due to his disability.  Many times, during a two week period prior to the baby being born, he discovered that a lot of his medication would be missing.  He assumes that Christine took this medication in order to drug him into further sleep and to abort his child.  She then falsely accused him and got him convicted for a crime he did not commit in order to draw law enforcement to him, and away from her.

Robert's family has made many attempts to report this missing baby to Precinct 4 Constable's Office, but they would not take a report.  This has been reported to the Harris County District Attorney's Office, and they have yet to investigate the disappearance of his baby.  They act like baby "Doe" is not entitled to justice because we can't produce the body, or state the baby had not been born.  If it had not been born, then how do you explain Christine no longer pregnant?  How does the Harris County District Attorney's Office justify convicting Scott Peterson of the murder of his unborn child, but they won't prosecute Christine for the possible murder of her unborn child?

This baby's "mysterious" disappearance, and the wrongful conviction of its father, has never been vindicated by the prosecution of the woman who would have been its mother, or the young woman (Christine's daughter who was her mother's accomplice) who would have been the baby's big sister.
