BREAKING NEWS!

The plane flew today with a banner saying, "HCDA ALLOWS PERJURY TO CONVICT THE INNOCENT"  The HCDA's office was contacted regarding the incident and their only response was, "No comment."  Doesn't that tell you something?  The HCDA knows that Christine and Paula Trent are liars and they won't do anything because that will tell everyone they screwed up.  They make victims of our system and they have no remorse for it.  Pat Lykos, the Harris County DA is willing to back paying inmates for information, but won't listen to law abiding, educated, hard working, tax paying citizens.  That tells you what kind of criminal justice system we have?  Now, if you were a friend of Pat Lykos, backed her campaign or is the media, you would have her attention, except for when she has to answer for protecting criminals.

Let me give you another thought here.  If I was not telling the truth, the HCDA would be filing a lawsuit on me for libel.  They don't want to be in court with me because they know I have the proof.

We have made several attempts to contact Patricia Lykos, the Harris County District Attorney, with no success.  She has been given evidence that PROVES that people lied in order to get an innocent man convicted of a crime he did not commit.  Any response from her?  No.

She was elected into that office, swearing to uphold the Constitution and the laws of the State of Texas.  The Constitution clearly states under Article 14, equal protection under the law.  The Texas Penal Code, Section 37, states that perjury in a legal proceeding, that changes the course, is considered Aggravated Perjury and is a felony.

Now, let me tell you something here.  Pat Lykos backs Adrian Garcia, the Harris County Sheriff, in paying for information (snitching) on other inmates to solve crimes but, she ignores a law-abiding, educated, hard working, tax paying individual who is trying to report a felony.  I just don't get it.  They think, just because they work in law enforcement, that they understand inmates.  That is a misconception.  The only way to understand inmates is to be in their world.  They don't understand that snitching is against their code.  1)  the inmate will snitch on another for their own betterment, or 2) they won't do it because it will cost them their lives.  I worked in the inmate's world for many years.  I understand this.  You cross them, they kill you. 

Anyways, let's get back to the "BREAKING NEWS".  We have made several attempts to contact this woman, the one that was sworn to protect and uphold the law, but she has been presented her with evidence that proves that two people lied (state's witnesses) in order to convict an innocent person.  She has ignored us, so, we decided to tell the people what they have done and won't rectify the situation so, we are going to hire a plane to fly with a banner that says "HCDA allows perjury to convict the innocent."  Heck, tell everyone what they do.  Why not? 

We want EVERYONE to join us for the event.  If you have been wrongfully convicted in Harris County, we want you there! 

Nothing better than "airmail"!  The event has been scheduled for Wednesday, January 19, 2010.  The plane will arrive around downtown Houston at approximately 11:30.  Bring your video cameras!  Submit your videos to roger@americaswrongfullyconvicted.com.  The best video will be published on our website and win an AWC t-shirt with "Who ordered the plane?"
