This letter was sent to Carol Isbell, with a copy to the Denver D.A. Mitchell Morrissey, requesting Carol Isbell to produce documents that she is REQUIRED to do by the Uniform Transfers to Minors Act.  She was informed she has 10 days to comply.  If not, she is in violation, again.

 Sean's Tax accountant, Riley Roy wrote to Sean's Mother, Carol Isbell
 regarding his tax records. This letter was sent out one month before Sean
 was accused of stealing money from his grandparents.
