I know it has been awhile since we've communicated, but we've been really busy with organizing our event for Chris and Paula. Heck, we want to make it as perfect as it can be and we want to make sure everyone is aware of what these idiots have done and what a menace to society they are.

Chris and Paula, when it all goes down, don't bother to call the DA's office, they are as much cowards are you are. You all lied and ruined people's lives and since we have all the evidence, and they botched the case, they are chicken crap like you and don't want to face us.

And, to Pat Lykos, I saw on the news trailer this morning stating, "You can run, but you can't hide." Really? I mean.. REALLY? You don't know a damn criminal when they are handed to you on a silver platter. We have something for you coming up.. and no one will miss it, trust me. You looking for a second term in office? We are going to put all your crap out there for people to make an informed decision so we can get someone in there that doesn't lie to the public and then goes off and hides in their ivory tower, that is until you have an interview and you can get your media loving face on the television. I want you to explain a few things when they come out. Your opponent is going to love us. *laffin*

Just a little while left to go. Roger is tweaking the demonstration that will happen at the West Point Subdivision and then it's on. The information will be spread about the antics of Christine and Paula and all the neighbors will know all about Christine and her family.

Oh, and Christine.. and those things you call family, don't even dare to try something. Might as well get the HCDA, the judge and the sheriff's department off speed dial because it won't do you any good. First, Robert isn't on probation and two, demonstrations are not against the law.

Before you even think about pulling something, like lying to law enforcement, trust me.. we will be ready for it. We WANT you to try it so you can go to jail. *laffin* So.. go for it...

Christine and Paula, just wanted you to know that we haven't forgotten. We have some things yet to come for you. We are gong to let all your neighbors know about your bad behavior. We see it this way, if you weren't ashamed enough to do what you have done with all your lies and crap, then you shouldn't have a problem with all your neighbors knowing what you have done. I do believe that they call that spreading the word, or in others, the propaganda for all to know. We think people who live around you should know what kind of people you are... don't you?

And, if you don't like it, hire a civil attorney and file a lawsuit. We want you to. And , there is no law that can prevent us from freedom of speech, in fact, the Constitution says we have that right and the public roads are paid for with our taxes, not yours of course because you don't work and contribute anything to society.

And, for Pat Lykos, wait until election time. You are going to have to answer for all the lies you told during your last campaign. You are so full of crap about "sunshine is the best disinfectant". We have some "disinfectant" for you. Wait until your debate. Let's see if you have answers for the questions we will have for you.. of course and a few other things. I'm going to begin this by saying my heart goes out to the families of the people who perished on this tenth anniversary of the terrorism attacks. Terrorism should never be tolerated and those that are caught, they should be punished to the full extent of the law.

Next, to Christine and Paula. What are you looking for on here, what is going to happen next? Not going to find it here. Roger is working on it and trust me, it will get people's attention. All the people around you will know what you are and what you have done. It is taking a little bit of time because he wants to get the maximum effect. :o) Just wait and you'll see. It is Labor day weekend and Roger has been working hard on something special. Anyone remember the Joe Horn demonstration? No silly, not what it was about, but what they did. Yep, getting it together. Heck, we think that all the neighbors should know what liars Christine and Paula are and that Christine likes to steal from people and lie about it. How about that?

Mothers, keep your boys inside and away from these two. If you don't they could end up in jail on false charges and then steal everything they have. Heck, if they would do it to a disabled man who took care of his girlfriend and raised her children, then they would do it to anyone.

Ever wonder why men don't want to get involved with women with children? This is a prime example. The lies didn't stop there. Nope, kept making up more and more crap and we think EVERYONE who lives around them should know about them. Besides, it is a public street we pay taxes for and we can do what we want as long as we have the permit. Yep, getting that too. Nah.. nah.. nah.. nah.. nah..

And Christine, don't even try to lie and say we did something while we were there because there will be a camera at all times. You can't be trusted, you're a liar.

Look for it in the future. Nah, don't shrug it off, it will come. Trust me.

There are days when you wonder how or why some people come into your lives. You try to live a good life and be good to others and then you get trash that gets delivered right at your door. The trash is so bad it just stinks and you wonder why they do the things they do to others with no regard. These are the tramps of our world, the tramps that take from others, destroy people's lives and go on like nothing ever happened. I often think about what they would have done if someone had done the things to them that they have done to others. The answer is, they wouldn't like it, they would be angry.

Like I said, I believe in karma. Right now, they already live a pathetic pitiful life. They are known for being the scum lying pieces of crap that they are and, if any person has any sense, they would stay away from them. One of these days they are going to do something to the wrong person and they will get theirs.. I'm sure about it. It is karma. To them and all their "friends".

Well, today did not go as planned. The University of Houston swallowed their lies and they made fools of them too, just like the others in the system. But, let me assure you, it is not over. I do believe I got a surprise for someone. See, you can be that way, trust me, I can get pretty ruthless myself. I tried to do what is right and tell you to do what is right, so, the game changes. How about that?

Let me get into what Paula showed up looking like. A bad bleach job! OMG! And, her mother showed up looking like she drug herself out of the local thrift store. They both looked like crap. *laffin* What a disgusting sight! I had to walk around them because I didn't want to catch anything.

And Paula, you talk crap about your mother, what a piece of shit she is and lies about everything.. well.. let me tell you something.. YOU ARE YOUR MOTHER. I see what you did, destroying Emma's family, then Robert and our family, you have lied about everything and now, there is your child. I mean.. really? And you have the nerve to talk about your mother? You two are exactly the same. I have to admit, you learned your "lessons" well from your mother. One thing for sure, if I had been your mother, you would not have turned out to be the lying trash you have turned out to be. My daughter is nothing like you. She is sweet, respectable, has a job, raised her child, has an education and a wonderful man and, most of all, SHE DOESN'T LIE. You on the other hand, have nothing. What a pathetic, pitiful life. You really don't even have your son. "How often do you get him now?" Hmmmm... Just like your mother.

Paula, do you even know if Brad really is your father? I know your mother cheated on Robert. Like I said, I left no stone unturned. And, if I was Derrick, I wouldn't believe Travis was mine. Look at all the guys you have gone through. Like my mom said, you are getting a bit of karma, you have a pathetic life and of course, so does your mother. She has a guy, as you have stated, that treats her bad and takes all her money. That is the reason she lied to Sara about visiting her when Kayla was born. Want to know how much more I know? You'll find out, but not from me.

I can do what I want and don't have to lie. Besides, who they going to believe, someone like me, or "something" like you?

Good morning all! The day has arrived that we go to court. I would hope that for once in Christine and Paula's life, that they gain some scruples and tell the truth, but something tells me that is not going to happen and Mr. Davenport is going to have to show everyone what liars they are. I know he has the stuff to do it so I expect that the jury will hear, "Do you want to try that again?" many times throughout the proceedings.

Thank everyone who has sent their well wishes and support. It is so greatly appreciated.

I found something interesting on Judge Patronella.. Christine and Paula.. we have a "lie detector" for a judge. *laffin*

Good morning all! I'm sure that this will be the last entry before court tomorrow since hearing for the motions will be heard at 8:30am I'm still amazed at how these people have lied in every court appearance and are trying to get out of this court. They have tied Robert's hands for so long and kept him from having his true day in court. So, they are probably mouthing off about how he had his day in court. No, that is not true. You don't have your day in court when people take an oath to tell the truth and then lie like hell, practically everything that comes out of their mouths. Want to know when they are lying? When they open their mouths. This statement has never been more true except in this case.

I still can't figure out how someone has the conscious to lie on someone like that, ruin their lives and go on with their lives like they do and then continue to lie like hell to everyone they talk to, exaggerating their stories more and more. Why? Because you can in the Harris County courts? Because you have had the "green light" to do it so you keep doing it? What is wrong with you people? I know, your just scum bags, that's how. Just amoral pieces of crap. I want you to remember, every time you hear, "You want to try that again?", that we have something that will bust you. Wonder how many times you will hear that before you stop lying? Uh.. my guess.. never because you are idiots and don't get it.

Paula lists the Bible as one of her books. Too bad she can't comprehend what it says. "You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor." That does not mean the person next door.. you fool.. that means don't lie on anyone. Get it? Doubt it. She hasn't gotten it yet. There is karma.

And Christine, you of all people should be ashamed of yourself. You were supposed to raise those children to be good people and citizens. You had the responsibility of making sure they had a good education, to raise them with compassion and being responsible and to do onto others as you have them do onto you. You failed as a mother. I mean, look at your children. Some fine examples they turned out to be. If I were in your shoes, I would be fully embarrassed to know that I have failed as a mother because I did not do the right thing by my children, what you should have taken on when you had them. Paula said it right, "Our mother is a piece of sh*t." Can't get anymore plain than that. You wouldn't work, you scammed the system, you've spit in the face of our criminal justice system and you ruin the life of the man that loved you and raised your children. You broke the heart of a woman (my mother) who has worked until she is 75 years old, who gave to your children like they were her own blood grandchildren and tried to help you. Yep, I would say you were a piece of crap, especially in my book. I would not keep you in my company because I wouldn't want someone to associate me with you.

The Bible says to be your brothers' keeper. Robert isn't perfect, neither is anyone else but, one thing is for sure, regardless of what you put him through and the state of mind you drove him into, he is still a far better person that you will ever be. And Roger, yeah, I would say he is well above you even after you tried to claim he stole Robert's property. You know damn well and good that wasn't true but you lied to the police as you always have. I don't know what is worse, a liar or a thief but heck, you fall into both categories so it doesn't matter.

One more day. We get past the motion, you better tell the truth this time because like I told you before, I have dug up everything I could get my hands on. We found papers that you left that tell the "truth". So, go ahead and lie this time because it will not be like the rest. When it is over, we are going to ask for you to be prosecuted for aggravated perjury. Read it in the Texas Penal Code, Section 37. it is a 3rd degree felony and we are going to ask that you be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. There is no doubt in our minds that you will lie, it is second nature to you. So, like I said, when you hear, "Do you want to try that again?" you better think twice, or even three times before you lie again. Break the cycle for a change. Shock us all, tell the truth. I would even bet my year's salary that you won't.

And for Paula, don't show up on that subpoena and see if we don't ask the court to get you for contempt of court.

Yes, Ms. Heppard and her students are supposed to defend you to the best of their ability, but they are not supposed to allow you to break the law. She is sworn to uphold the Constitution and the laws of the State of Texas which means, she is not supposed to allow you to lie in court. That is not their jobs. Remember that. I'm sure when Ms. Heppard and her students get a taste of "what you are", they will know what we are talking about. She is not going to allow you to make fools of them. Hopefully they will realize that before they get embarrassed.

08/19/11: Good morning citizens of Harris County, Harris County District Attorney's Office, University of Houston, Christine and Paula Trent (and let's not leave out Sara this time):

As "the day" draws closer, we seem to attract more attention. Persons from the University of Houston have been so curious, they just can't help themselves to keep coming back and see what is next. I'm not sure if they are just coming back to read or, checking to see if we are going to give them information. One thing is for sure, you're not going to find anything here. You can drag copies of this website in court all day long, but the fact remains, it is my Constitutional right to put anything on the internet, as long as it is fact. And, the fact is, your clients are liars. How about that? If they weren't, and believed for one moment that we couldn't prove it, don't you think they would have sued us by now? You got it, they KNOW we have stuff on them and they just don't want to go down that road with us.

Anyway, with all that said, I got in a conversation with someone today about all this crap. I told them I felt sorry for Ms. Heppard and her students because they have no idea what Christine has drug them into. We know for a fact that Christine has lied to them, just like she has lied to everyone else. She just knows that she has been able to get by with all her lies so, she just keeps right on going with it, just like her daughters. Why do you think we asked for a certified court reporter. Doesn't that tell you something?

I told this person that this will be the true test of ethics and morals in an attorney. When an attorney finds out that their clients are liars, do you think that they should quit on the spot and ask the judge to prosecute them for the crime or, do you think they will keep on trying to defend them. This is the dilemma I know that Ms. Heppard and her students are going to face because we have enough to prove they are liars. No doubt in my mind. I do hope that Ms. Heppard and her students understand the oath they take and do what is right. It will be the true test of ethics. We'll see. The prosecutor in the Violation of the Protective Order got a good taste of the lies Christine and her mother told, that was the reason it got dismissed. We have the paperwork. Just one more piece, but wait until you see the rest.

Something else got said in that conversation. We have stood up and tried to make our voices heard, to tell others what these people have done, but some just don't want to listen. We have tried to tell them how they destroyed our family and another family and, they will keep on going and tearing more families apart, ruining others lives until someone stands up and stops them.

Now, if you have someone preaching morals and ethics on a website, and doing what is right and tell the truth, doesn't that tell you something? It should, but some people can't see what is right in front of their faces. They have to run into the fire and get burned before it hits them that someone has been telling them all along that the fire is hot. Why is that? Beyond my comprehension.

Let's have the day in court and prove everything we have been saying all along.. they are liars. They have lied in every official proceeding and they will keep on lying. There is karma and I believe that God does step in and teach those a lesson when it is time. Hopefully, God has decided that it is time.

For good news, the judge granted the certified court reporter to be in the court room. That is a very good thing so, when the lies start flowing, it will be on paper. I expect that she will need a ream of paper to catch them all. That is 500 pages. With the way Christine and Paula exaggerate their stories, I'm sure they can fill up those pages fast.. with all their wild stories. Like any other time, they will add, and add and add.

Through all of this, all I can think of is why would anyone do such despicable things to their partners. Your "partner" is supposed to be someone you love and cherish, not make them miserable, stab them in the back or, ruin their lives with lies. What kind of person does that sort of thing? That sort of behavior is beyond my comprehension.

I've also learned other things through this process. Blood is thicker than water. When no one else will stand up and support you, your blood family will be there. It is also very rare for someone to also listen to you that is not family. I have been very fortunate to have a true friend through all of this, Mr. Davenport. I've talked trash about a lot of bad attorneys, but one thing is for sure, this man is not in that group. He has morals and principles. I remember him telling me a story about a person he found out had lied to him. Instead of proceeding with the case, he told her to go and get another attorney. I don't think I could have been more proud of him. He is the best of the best. He is one that takes the oath he took very seriously and stands by it. If all attorneys were like him, we would not have the problems within the criminal justice system that we have.

Then I think about the ones that think they are so smart, smart enough to think that they could get away with ruining people's lives, breaking not only the laws we have to protect the innocent, spitting in the face of our criminal justice system, but they also go against the grain of fabric our country was built on. There is karma, I believe that. I also believe that when you play, you eventually have to pay the fiddler.

First, we would like to welcome the University of Houston back. Is this for your reading pleasure or are you looking for something? I hate to tell you, nothing here until court date. I have to ask, why would you continue to even try to defend someone who has done the things these people have done? I know.. somehow Christine has convinced you with her lies that she was a victim. Let me tell you something.. don't let her drag you in. She is a damn liar.. LIAR. Do you understand me? Don't say you were not warned. That poor prosecutor in the violation of the protective order hearing had no warning and Christine and her mother made her look like a fool. Why? That's right.. they were caught LYING. I mean.. how much does it take to convince you? Well, if you proceed, then it is all you after you have been told.

Christine.. you better tell Paula.. I have binders full of things I've collected that will prove you liars. One thing is for sure, for EVERY lie you tell and we bust you for it, we are going to ask for you to be prosecuted for lying in court. How's that? Yep, we feel pretty sure you'll do it because you have never disappointed us. You two have lied in EVERY court appearance. Do you not realize you take an oath to tell the truth? You wouldn't know the truth if it slapped you in the face.

Paula.. and what the heck is this that you said you've been in 8 court appearances and won them all? Just like your mother.. lie.. lie.. lie. You've not been in 8 court appearances. Wonder where I got that from? I have A LOT of stuff.. trust me.. *laffin* more than you could ever imagine.

Well Christine, I'm sure you might be getting a phone call from Ms. Heppard asking why we would request a certified court reporter in the court room. She would probably ask if you have lied about anything and guess would be that there would either of two answers come out of your mouth, "nothing" or, "where do I begin?" *laffin* I would guess that if we gave someone three chances to answer, and told them the first two didn't count, you would probably say "nothing". I mean, we know you better than anyone.

See, we've learned through this process with you and Paula. Really, we learned a long time ago.. you both are just liars. You change your story so many times, we just want to make sure it is on paper this time. You are one of those types of people who would look at a picture of yourself doing something and swear it was someone else. You think everyone is stupid. Don't you want to save your attorney the embarrassment? No, you are too self centered and sure that you can lie again and get away with it.

Let's see, what are those words you will hear right before you get busted every single time... "Do you want to try that again?" *laffin* I'm sure the jury would hear those words a lot. Your "high powered attorneys" will shake every time they hear those words out of Mr. Davenport's mouth because they will know you are going to get busted. You remember the "high powered attorney" remark don't you? That was before you even had an attorney. See, there's not a move you make that we don't hear about.

You are liars. No other way to describe you two. If you had any morals at all, you would tell the truth, but you won't because you are amoral.. pathological liars. Sad, but true. The reason you don't file a lawsuit on me for slander is because I could bust you, and you know it. You are a coward too. Come on.. bring it on... coward.. liar.. In fact, I will be more than happy to tell your attorney to sue me because I want you to. How's that? *laffin*

How many days now?? Oh, go and check out the counter. With your level of education, you should be able to read single digits. I mean.. you are definitely not something a mother would be proud of.. but then again.. apples never fall to far from the tree... which is evident by the fact that you and your mother tried to get Robert put in jail on the Violation of the Protective Order.. oh, but that's right, you both got caught lying and it got dismissed.

I'm amazed. A Motion to Dismiss? So, try everything to keep a man from having his day in court. Do anything to keep lying, stealing scum bags out of a court room. Evidently the little lawyers from the University of Houston did not read on the website what those scum bags did to our brother. Or, how about the fact of destroying another family? No, they are going to persist to try to protect the scum of the Earth. Ok, so now I don't have much respect for anyone who would use the resources to protect scum bags instead of "real" victims and not those that lie to get an innocent man convicted of a crime he didn't commit so they could steal from him.

Anyway, enough of talk about the attorneys that are being rolled out by the thousands to join in the cesspool of lawyers who protect criminals instead of protecting people that they swear to protect in their oath. So much for honesty, integrity and morals.. but what the heck.. it is my opinion..

And Paula, all sad and depressed.... awwww.. poor lil thing. *smirk* Trust me, she deserves much more misery than she has received. She deserves to be in prison, along with her mother. Oh, and Paula, it is not "same sh*t, another day". It won't be the same at all. See, there is much more you don't realize that has been found. And, show your fanny up to court or go to jail for contempt. Throw a little fine in there too. How's that?

As I read through a lot of this crap, especially the writings that were left (you know, the ones certified by the handwriting analyst), I think about all the things that Christine and Paula have done and think, how do people do such things without a bit of remorse? I know why, because their lives are not worth a crap so they think it is no big deal when they ruin someone else's.

I recall what I was told when Paula was served, "She lives in a place that looks like a war zone." This is the crappy life that this girl has chosen for herself and her child. How disgusting. Then I think about how she said her own mother is a piece of sh*t and she never was a mother. I think that is more like the pot calling the kettle black.. don't you think? And Paula, I know that you are uneducated and not the brightest light bulb in the box. In fact, your brain is fried from all the pot smoking so let me make it simple.. you are your mother.. just like her..

Then I think about the lawyers that are defending, or have defended them. Is this something that a new law student should start with? How about if they start with learning ethics and justice. Defend the real victims, not the people who purport to call themselves victims. I know that lawyers are turned out of law school like crazy and that there are those that swim in the cesspools with the rest of the scum bags, but trust me, you don't have to. Look at the evidence, read the transcripts, you will know what you are dealing with, liars, people who have no conscious, people who have broken the law so many times and made fools of so many, including other attorneys. Are you going to be one of those?

Here is another message, "We are not retreating, we are advancing in another direction."

Regardless of what happens on 8/22/11, we will not stop until Christine and Paula are prosecuted for their crimes. And for you all defending Christine, you should get yourself "fully informed". If you continue to represent them after that, well, I can tell you that I will have no respect for you and will consider you as part of the problem of what our justice system has evolved into.... I can tell you, I believe in karma. Things just keep coming out of the woodwork, things I sure wouldn't want people to know about. Just think, there are only 14 days left. Has your conscious cleared yet? I doubt it. One thing is for sure, you are going to see some people you haven't seen in awhile, people whose character is much better than yours. Do you know that you are judged by association as well as your actions? True. Just think about your past and the types of people you have been associated with. Think that would look good? Hmmmmm... nope... don't think so.

One thing I will tell you is, before you answer a question, you better think about the answer you are about to give. This isn't going to be like the last ones where you lied your fannies off and walked out of court slapping yourselves on the back. For every question, there is something that backs it up. Want to know how sure I am? Let's put it this way, I don't bluff, I don't lie either and, I want you to have an opportunity to tell your attorney about all the lies you've told. Go ahead and tell them about the fraud while you are at it. I'm sure you would have a list forever long, but get to the main ones. How's that? So, don't say you didn't have a chance.

And I can hear Christine now, "Run baby girl, run!" Yeah, try it. Don't show up on your subpoena and see if we don't ask the judge to get you in contempt of court so you can go to jail. Paula, I want you to see an old friend. You know, the one you had an affair with, the one you tried to conspire with to set up Robert. How about all his friends that witnessed your BS, affair. The one that you tried to blackmail, called his wife, etc. I told you, when I dig up people, I dig. All the way to Honduras.

Let me throw something else in here while I'm at it. You all go right ahead and try to get your story straight. See, it doesn't matter what you say at this point because what is on paper speaks louder than what you could ever say. You can thank each other for that because you all put something in writing. And, guess what, you get to see it again. *laffin* So, go ahead, meet up and try to get your stories to all coincide. It won't work.

And, you thought you could hide? Really? I've known where you are for the longest. I kept track of your crap, just like your mother's and Sara's. Didn't miss a beat. It appears as though there are some people who are a bit.. to say the least.. disturbed by the last message. Does the thought of hearing "Do you want to try again?" several times in that court room beginning to bother you? It should. Like I've said, I've left no stone unturned and, I've gone to the ends of the earth to find people.. like Jose in Honduras. How's that for "investigation"?

I tell you what. Since I do have a bit of sympathy and it appears as though some people may not be sleeping very good these days, especially Christine and Paula. Well, Christine and Paula, let me help you out a bit. How about you go and get a prescription of Ambien from the doctor and I'll put a lullaby up here to lull you to sleep. How's that? *laffin*

If that doesn't bother you, the pictures in the video should. Let me tell you something Christine, I don't believe for a moment that you had pseudocyesis. First thing is, a doctor can never give an accurate diagnosis just looking at some records and, if he is real smart, he wouldn't have done that because it puts his professional liability on the line. So, that tells me a lot about him. Next, I looked at all the affidavits of the people who saw you and then there are all the maternity clothes. I looked at those medical records and called a few places and asked questions. You had a urinalysis and blood work done to determine the amount of HCG in the blood. With all that in mind, it tells me a lot. You are more than just a liar... and I'll leave it at that. Another thing, you can't say crap about my personal opinion on this website because, oh.. that's right.. Constitutional Right of freedom of speech and I can back-up everything I've said on here. So.. how does that saying go.. "stick it".

Nice to know our visitors have come back to visit. Question, what are you looking for? Evidence? You won't find it here. You will only see what we have when court day comes. Heck, don't you want to find out what your client is all about? How much they have lied to you? I mean, come on.. let's go through court and that way you can find out. What an experience.

Let me tell you here.. this is not harassment, it is our Constitutional rights of freedom of speech. It is our obligation to warn the public of what these people are all about so that they don't make a victim of some other innocent person, to make sure that they don't ruin their lives and the lives of their families.

Harassment? Let me tell you about harassment. It is Christine and Paula lying to people, telling them wild exaggerated stories. It is Christine and her family calling the judge and telling them that we were calling them everyday all day long. It is doing whatever they can to get Robert in trouble and get his probation revoked, the probation he is serving for a crime he didn't commit.

My question to you is, what kind of an attorney would defend or try to protect people like Christine without investigating their client? Better yet, there is a lot here that tells you she is a lying piece of crap and you waste your time on her instead of a "real" victim of domestic abuse. That in itself makes me dislike most lawyers. I only have two that I have any respect for and one thing I know about them, if they knew what you should know about Christine and her family, they would not defend her for any reason. In fact, they would be telling her to turn herself in and tell the truth. That is the sign of an good honest lawyer that upholds their oath.

Lets get back to the court thing. Lets say it gets heard. There is something I want you to pay very close attention to because we have more than enough to PROVE they are liars, and that is the phrase, "Want to try again?". When you hear that statement made, then you know they are lying and we have the proof. I think I will take a tally of how many lies they tell in court and see how many lies they tell before you walk out on them or, do the right thing and demand that your own clients be prosecuted for perjury. How about that? Another thing, aren't you the least bit curious of who is telling the truth? Have you ever wondered why they haven't sued us after EVERYTHING that has been put on this website? I can tell you, because they are liars and they know that the first time anyone gets a good shot at them, it will come to light. Besides, if your client is not lying, then what have you got to lose? Again, another forewarning here, don't let them make fools of you like they have everyone else. Do not allow them to pull you in and make you an accessory to their crimes. Let your conscious be your guide. Don't do an "at all cost" win, let the facts come out, let the jury be FULLY informed. You might just be surprised that the people on the other side of the room are the true victims, not those scum bags who have come to you and lied to convince you that they are.

Keep all this in mind, but most of all, keep in mind that you were told many times, so many I can't count. Then, ask yourself why you even attempted to defend pathological liars.

I've spent the better part of the last week going back through every piece of paper that I have managed to get my hands on regarding Robert's case, the investigation on the baby, the theft of Robert's property, etc. As I read all this again, I was thinking to myself, how could someone on Earth possibly do what Christine and Paula have done to Robert and our family. And trust me, I have not left Sara out of this either. I have a few things on her and if it all goes right, they will be dragging her fanny out of Iowa. I have things that they forgot even existed, I mean, I have dug up everything.

Let me tell you something. I am the type of person who will dig until there is nothing left to find. I will not only find the papers, I will hunt people down to talk to them just to get the entire story. Yes, I found a few of those that Christine mentions in her testimony. I talked to them about what you testified to and guess what.. they said you lied. Imagine that. I have that on recording too. Oh, and Paula, remember the guy from Honduras? Yes, I found him too. He had nothing kind to say about you.

But anyway, to lie on someone, ruin their lives and then steal their property when they are disabled and can't fend for themselves.. how do people do this. These people are amoral scumbags. When someone takes advantage of the elderly, children or the disabled, the ones that can't fend for themselves, that makes them the lowest piece of trash there is. It makes me sick at my stomach.

Many times people talk about what drives people to do things. I understand because of everything that Christine and Paula have done, there is a side of me that wants to see them get what they deserve. That is what drives me. They should have been in prison a long time ago.

Wonder why Paula got a subpoena? Oh, and by the way, the process server said you got all excited over $10. Hmmmm.. Let me tell you, that is for travel expenses to court or you can go to jail for not showing up. Got a few questions for you too. In fact, there are questions for everyone and I want to see your faces when you get asked them, but most of all, I want to hear your answers. See, I have proof of every question that is going to be asked of you. I'm sure you will lie. Oh, and I have a few of those "stuck between a rock and hard spot questions". That means, it is not going to matter how you answer them, you're still screwed. How about that? I know this for a fact because I have all the back-up for them. I didn't leave one stone unturned.

Actually, I am going to want a video of the look on Ms. Heppard's face, along with her student attorney. I'm sure it will be classic, just like the prosecutor during the Violation of the Protective Order when you got caught lying.

Oh, and Paula, quit lying to people. You haven't been to court 8 times and won them all. That is such a crock of crap. And Christine, you can stop your lying too. You know, when you told an officer that Robert was calling your house 5 times a day for two years. You can quit your lying, exaggerating, whatever you want to call it. They are all lies, just like others that will come up. When we prove to the court that you are habitual liars, who they going to believe? Let me tell you something here. For every lie you tell in court this time and we prove you are lying, we are going to ask the court for you to be prosecuted for perjury. How does that sound? Think before you answer because you could spend a very long time in a cell. *laffin* Aggravated perjury is a felony. And, let me give you another forewarning here. For every slanderous lie you tell, I will personally make sure that I file a lawsuit on you. See, I don't get excited over $10, I actually got the money to do it and actually hire an attorney, not one that I had to "use the system" to get or get out of charity because I don't work.

This video was sent to me and as I listened to it, the only people that came to mind was Christine and Paula. I love the way that this judge explains why he is giving her the 20 year sentence. As I think back about all the crap that Christine and Paula have done, many of the things this judge says, fits. He describes her character and actions and he is spot on. As he describes her, he couldn't come closer to describing the same actions of Christine and Paula, except for the solicitation of murder, but everything else.

This is EXACTLY what the judge should do to both of you, throw your fannies under a jail cell so you never hurt anyone ever again, so that you don't scam and defraud people or, just set them up to steal from them. But let me say something here, for you two to take advantage of a disabled man, that is the lowest scum of the earth there is. Someone who couldn't defend himself, you took advantage, being very calculated and cold blooded. People like you should spend 20 years for every lie you have told. You would die in prison if that was the case.

How about the fact that we made extra effort to get to Paula to make sure she got a subpoena to be brought to court? Just think, in just a few short days, the court and your attorney will know EXACTLY what kind of people you are. The law students will find out also and know that when you represent someone, and someone else is telling you they are scumbags and they have proof, that they just might want to listen.

I have to admit that I'm a little disappointed in Paula's lack of gratefulness. On her Facebook page she thanks everyone for the posts on her page for her birthday. Here I spent the money and had her a birthday present delivered and she didn't even say thanks. I understand that it was a little belated, but hey, she got it. I spent the money to make sure she got it. How ungrateful! *laffin* Such a lack of appreciation.

And, see, it wasn't just a gift that goes away, it is a gift that keeps right on giving and giving. It is the kind of gift that will bring out the "real" Paula. Can't wait to see that. *laffin* As I'm sure the courts and all that will attend the "party" you've been invited to, will love to see too. See, there are going to be a lot of guests at that "party" you were invited to. Oh, and did I tell you that attendance is MANDATORY? Yes, you have to come or they can put you in jail. I'm just sitting here thinking of all the fun we are going to have at the "party".

Let me give you a bit of forewarning here. Since some people at HCDA did not do a proper investigation, I can guarantee that we did. I would HIGHLY suggest you don't lie. For everything you will be asked, there will be something that PROVES whatever it is so, you better tell the truth this next time. It won't be like the last time. Today was a good day. I understand that someone received a belated birthday present. HAPPY FRIGGIN BIRTHDAY! I have another present for you, something that you have long forgot about. That will be your next present from me, on August 22nd. I'm sure the court is going to love this one.. along with the jury.. the attorney.. and especially, the judge. And, let me tell you something here. You chose to ignore the subpoena, it is an offense you can go to jail for. Trick or treat.

And Christine, trust me, I won't leave you out either, or your father. I got this stuff in a safe place that not even you can get to until the court. I want to see the look on ALL your friends' faces when they see and hear this stuff.

The things I have for you two will knock you to your knees and it has been a long time coming.

Though all of the crap with Christine and Paula, I have wondered many times why someone would intentionally ruin someone's life by lying in a court, not thinking twice about taking everything from them for their own selfish reasons.

When I spoke with Roger earlier, he tells me of a story he received about Charles Farrar. This man was sentenced to 77 years in a Colorado prison for a sexual assault allegation made by his stepdaughter. She had made these allegations because she wanted to get rid of him and her mother so she could live in another state with her grandparents. After they arrest him and convict him in a trial for a crime he did not commit, sentencing him to 77 years in prison, she recants her story and tells everyone it did not happen, that she had lied only to get what she wanted.

When I read the story, it sounded so familiar. The only thing I kept thinking was, "What is wrong with these people?" How could someone do something so horrible to someone? Then, I looked at the situation with Christine and Paula, the liars. Of course, I then throw in Sara, the other daughter. I went back through all the papers I have and could not believe some of the crap that these people were saying and I knew they were lies. Of course, I have all the paperwork that proves that they are liars. Want to know what the biggest proof is? It is the fact that I have put all this on the internet, accusing them of everything and they have never filed a suit on me for defamation. Know why? Because they know I'm right, oh, I mean, telling the truth. Something that they know nothing about.

Know what is bothering them worse? Is the fact that it is less than 30 days from the court date where they will see a lot of this paperwork. I want to watch them lie and get busted, that is what I want to see. To prove to everyone what liars they are.

Want to know why they don't want to come to court? Because they are liars and I can prove it. Paperwork speaks for itself. That is all I have to say for that. *smilin* Oh, come on. Don't be a coward. Show up to court. I have a little something for everyone. Join us for the party.. unless you are afraid...

Well.. well.. well.. it appears as though Christine lied again.. IMAGINE THAT! Does everyone know that mortgage fraud is a felony? Yep, when you make false statements on income in order to obtain a loan for a mortgage.. you commit mortgage fraud. I know.. she is going to deny it like she has done everything else. I can tell you, I found it in all the papers.. and of course I have the whole thing.. that has more so Christine.. deny away.. YOU ARE A LIAR! Want proof she commits crimes????

How about that? Now, let me tell you this. Christine applied for the loan in February of 2002. My father, who resided at the address above, died in January of 2001. There is no such guy as a "Roger Duggan"... and definitely not one at that address. Roger is my brother's name, but his last name sure isn't Duggan. Wonder where the "Duggan" came from... hmmmm... Anyone want to guess? Yes, I know exactly where it came from, but it is misspelled. I know I have another paper giving instructions on how to spell it. Hmmmm.. One thing is for sure, I have all the paperwork that backs up everything. Yes, I have all the loan papers because your stupid fanny left them all behind. Does anyone recognize the phone number? That is not a "Diboll" number. Should have started with "409" stupid.. And, you didn't even get the zip code right.

And another thing, Christine was not working at the time.. she surely wasn't working in Diboll.. and definitely not making $300 cash a week. First thing, my father totally disliked Christine because he knew exactly what she was.. trouble and he surely didn't want her around him and he would NEVER pay her $300 a week to clean an 800 sq. ft. house. He didn't even have that kind of money because he was on social security. Let me add here, I made several trips to Diboll from 12/99 until he passed away and Christine was not working there. In fact, she wasn't working at all. Just another one of her MANY lies.

Yes, just another one of Christine's scams. Like I said, "one of" because I have proof of MANY. I guess I'll have to start posting them so that the people she scammed will know what she did. How would you like that Christine? I do believe you know what I'm talking about.

Now, back down to the nitty gritty. You're a liar, thief, scammer and.. let's see.. what did you say about Robert? Oh, that's right.. let me add.. you're mental. The doctor said so on national TV. *laffin*

I know, it has been a few days since the last message and you are wondering what I am thinking.. right? I can tell you what might first thought is, is why would an attorney defend Christine Trent. There is all the evidence that proves Christine is a liar and an attorney defends her anyway? That says a lot to me about the attorney. Better yet, why would a student of law want to defend a liar, someone who sets up an innocent man? What the heck are they teaching at University of Houston Law? I would hate to think that they would teach that it is ethical to defend a liar.. but who am I.. Honestly, I would NEVER defend a liar.. but then again.. you fill in the blanks.

Anyways, we have a few short days left. I can't even believe the last papers filed by Christine's attorneys. I mean.. really? The crazy woman set up my brother.. stole everything he had.. has lied in every court appearance.. and believe me.. the list goes on because I have a few things that would floor you about Christine's past. Good morning all. Time is drawing near and we couldn't be more excited, especially with all the new things we have put back for the court that proves Christine and Paula are liars. Nope, no one has seen it so don't even waste your time looking for it. It has never been published. We want to see the looks on your faces when it comes out. You know.. kind of like the cell phone thing Roger got you with that proved you were liars, but this is better, it comes from you. Imagine that. There will be no doubt that you are the liars we have always said you were.

There are those days when you actually stop, take a breath and think about things that are going on around you. You think about people who have come into your lives and why you ever let them in. You think about why people do the things they do and why they do something wrong or bad and why they do it. You think about people's motivations, be it to keep their job or just for their own selfishness.. greed.. whatever the reason.

Over the last few years I've had the misfortune of being acquainted with these types of people, most of which I would not keep in my company because they are just not worthy. Most people that I am describing aren't worth a plugged nickel and they don't like me because I will tell them to their face exactly who they are. No guessing where they stand with me.

Honestly, I don't like most politicians because they will lie to your face. They will tell what they believe you want to hear while they are trying to get elected then after that, you're screwed. They are going to do everything but what they told you. Then there are those one that stand in judgment of others with their high and mighty self, like they have not done any wrong. These people wreck people's lives and don't give it a second thought and why? For a lousy job and dollar. They sell themselves out. Sorry pieces of crap is what I call them, which is exactly what they are. When you sell out your fellow man for a dollar, you are a piece of crap. Can't get any more simple than that. Or, how about throwing in those that don't think outside the box, that don't realize that there could actually be another side to the story. They are stupid to think that there is "true" justice. I mean.. really? I don't think that all those innocent people would be in prison waiting for DNA testing. Or, how about the ones let out after they had to beat it in people's heads for years to test DNA. No, let's try the ones that have a law degree that don't know the difference in "had a gun", "didn't have a gun" in the same scenario. Could that possibly be a lie? Duh? I mean.. really? These are the people in our criminal justice system? And they wonder why so many innocent people are convicted in this country every day. It is because they have the same mentality as Christine and Paula, only they actually have a degree on the wall. This means that they spent their money for something that is no more than toilet paper because they damn sure didn't learn anything. I'm not impressed.

Then, there are those that abuse and use the system. They take advantage of the less fortunate. (and let me add in here that those mentioned above do the same) These are the snakes.. roaches.. vermin.. whatever you want to call them, but even calling these pieces of trash/crap this would be insulting to the snakes, roaches and vermin. These are the ones that hurt others at will. Who manipulate the system to steal from others. Who lie. Let's not forget the fact that they cheat. Heck, throw it all in there. Just pieces of crap too.

When you think about these pieces of crap, you wonder how they can even look themselves in the mirror. Then, through all of this, not only do you figure they are pieces of crap, they are cowards. Just plane ole chicken s**t. They stab people in the back and run and hide. They scurry like roaches when the lights come on. They would eat the flesh off a rotting carcass if they thought they would gain something from it. They are of the worst. They are unintelligent, self-serving, manipulative maggots. They are the leaches of our society, they are people like Christine and Paula. Let me add that there are also those judged by their association and I also include them.

Over the last few years I've watches them and wondered how some people could be so stupid to believe someone like them. Then I realized that yes, at first they fooled people with their lies. Then I realized that some people realized they just screwed up and didn't have the scruples to just fix it. No, it is just easier to ignore and maybe it will go away.

Let me make this point perfectly clear. It will not go away. We were very fortunate to have found the paperwork we have found, the paperwork that will be seen in the court that will prove they are liars and told these lies to steal. It all ties together and can be proven and I can't wait. I can't wait for the day I can wipe the crap off the bottom of my shoes. I'm tired of smelling the sewage.

Then, the fact that this procedure had to be done will look very bad on you. So.. go ahead.. be stupid. It is already expected. If you didn't have anything to hide, you wouldn't be running.

I saw this video and couldn't help myself. Here is a video of a woman who filed a false order of protection against her ex. This sounds so familiar. Yes, she is like Christine and Paula. Scary! These are the kind of women who give a bad name to the system that was designed to help abused women. I have nothing for pieces of trash like that.

What is funny about this video is that it took Judge Pirro a little over 13 minutes to figure out that the woman was lying. It has been years, went through Judge Vanessa Velaszquez twice, gone to the court of appeals.. HCDA's office a few times, to a few District Attorney's and still.. and we have more evidence. Of course now, we have more.. which Christine will see in court.. along with the jurors and Christine's attorney, Ms. Heppard.

I HATE LIARS AND THIEVES. They abuse the innocent and wreck people's lives. I don't like people who are lazy and don't do their job or are so one sided that they can't see outside the box.

You know, there is a God. *laffin* I found something else while digging through more papers. I tell you how I'm going to help you out Christine. I'm going to give you a little hint. Think back a few years. And, another hint, the statute of limitations has been extended and you are well within those. I'm sure Ms. Heppard is going to love this one and I think to make sure that there is going to be someone available, I think I will do a subpoena to a couple of officers and someone from the HCDA's office. This way, they will be there when it comes out in the court room. How about that? I would love to hear them, "Take her into custody." *laffin* When you throw this in with the rest, it is going to be priceless.

To let you know something else, a conviction on these charges could bring you more than felony aggravated perjury. Interesting huh? I guess you should have told the truth to begin with and you wouldn't be in this spot. I'm just wondering, do you think that Ms. Heppard will want to defend you on a federal felony charge? Bet says.. uh.. nope... unless.. you write her a check starting at about $10,000 or more. And, to prove you are REALLY stupid, you left all the paperwork behind in the mobile home when you left.. you dummy. I thought about giving Ms. Heppard a warning but.. nah.. I really want to see her face in the court room.

First, thank you University of Houston for visiting the messages page. Hopefully you read down to the part where you have been warned about Christine's lies and how she managed to embarrass a prosecutor and how we are really sure about the fact that she has been lying to you and your staff all along.

There are a few things I've been thinking about the last couple of days. One that has been on my mind the most is that ultimate act of betrayal.

You know, in relationships with people you expect some people to lie and betray you. The ones you don't expect to stab you in the back are those that are "your family". Family can mean blood relatives or those people that you have chosen to marry or just live with for an extended period of time. These are the people that you would expect to "have your back", support you, stand by you, not betray you. Betrayal can come in many forms and honestly, I do not know how someone can look someone in the face after they have betrayed them. How do you do that? How does a woman, who has lived many years with a man, a man who has helped raise HER children, look the man in the face after she has done him so dirty? And, to top it all off, how does a child, who has been raised by a man that has loved them, be so hateful to turn on that man? I don't get it. To me, someone who does this sort of thing.. knowingly.. they are the ultimate scum of the earth. You expect strangers to do things to you, but you don't expect to come home to what you expect to be your sanctuary, and be betrayed. Before I start getting too bad about my thoughts on the matter, I will let it go.. lastly to say, the ultimate scum, trash.. and I can think of a few more.

If I was an attorney, would I defend someone like I was previously talking about? Not on your life. If there was any doubt in my mind, I would surely.. fully.. investigate the matter. One thing is for sure.. I WOULD NOT defend someone like that and lower myself. I would also not take the chance of being embarrassed in a court room, especially after people have told me MANY times.. and be sure about it.. that my client is a liar and a thief. Well, I look at it this way. You get brought into situations to learn a lesson.. and a lesson Ms. Heppard will get. I do want to say here is that we are not upset with Ms. Heppard and her staff because WE KNOW that Christine has lied to them. That is not their fault. BUT, I surely want to be there when Ms. Heppard rips Christine a new one for lying to her. Also, Ms. Heppard, you should send Christine a bill for lying to you. Charge her the standard per hour rate. What is yours? $250 and hour?

Funny how life catches up with you. When you think that things are dead and buried, something always has to rear its ugly head. *laffin my fanny off* After finding the messages, I received an email from someone in the Trent's past who wanted, and did, give me some information and things that will shatter Christine to her knees. Can't wait! I have an airplane to meet in the next few days that will be bringing this person to Houston. Christine, how many people have you screwed over? Seems like they just keep coming out of the woodwork.

The time is getting shorter and the day will come that you will have to answer for all your crap. I can't wait to see your attorney's face when she finds out what a liar, cheater and thief you are. Over the last couple of days I've thought about how Christine could possibly feel. I think fear is probably the word. As many lies as she has told, along with her spawn, I would be concerned. Another thing I would be concerned about is that she has done so much, she doesn't know what else she left behind. I would really hate to try to explain those. She and her accomplices were so busy trying to clean Robert out for a few dollars, they left all kinds of things behind. It really is a shame that they weren't found before, but Robert was so traumatized over what Christine and Paula did to him, he couldn't think straight. We were so busy taking care of him so he wouldn't die, we didn't think either, but now we have it and it is going to be just tons of fun.

Christine, there is no way to lie your way out. As you know, we never put everything on the website because we wanted you to have a few surprises once it hit court. I think you better start confessing to your lawyer that you have been lying to her all along because she is going to be mad as hell when she finds out what you have done and we have the paperwork to prove it. And Ms. Heppard may we suggest that you have a very serious conversation with your client in order to save you some embarrassment in court. Ask Christine about how the prosecutor chewed out her fanny after she found out Christine and her mother lied to her saying that Robert violated the protective order. I'm warning you, they are not called the Pinocchio family for nothing. Save getting egg on your face. Don't say you weren't warned.

She is going to know that you not only a liar and thief, but that you also con people.

The best part, there is no Motion for Discovery in small claims court sooooo... I guess the first time you and your attorney see what we have, will be in court. One day the Pinocchio Family arrived at the pearly gates. St. Peter said, you can't come in. We do not allow liars and thieves to come in. St. Peter left and went to tell God to tell him that the Pinocchio Family had arrived at the pearly gates and what he had told them. God said, "St. Peter, you must allow them to come in. We must love all our sisters and brothers regardless of what they have done." St. Peter was quite annoyed, but he went back to tell the Pinocchio Family that they could come in. When St. Peter arrived at the pearly gates he yelled out, "They're gone!". God said, "They're gone?". St. Peter said, "Yes, they have stolen the pearly gates!"

The moral of the story: The Pinocchio Family is not selective in who they steal from, no ethics or morals. I'm sure you'll find the pearly gates right next to the shed they stole from Robert McClendon.. then lied about it.

As I looked at the sweet face of Caylee Anthony I thought, there is nothing more horrific than someone abusing someone who can't defend themselves. Just a baby, she had so much life to live.

Then, I think about her mother, Casey Anthony. The only thing she did decent was give that baby life. After that, she showed her true colors then Caylee disappeared. I think about how she has lied time after time and keeps getting caught in her lies.

When something happens to a child, it makes people angry. This brings me to what has been going on with us. I think about the pregnancy test done in February 2005 stating that Christine Trent was pregnant. Then all the times she showed our mother her protruding belly and how Robert talked about having a baby. How about accepting the baby items and wearing maternity clothes?

Then, we get into Cristina's Court and Christine lies like hell. (which is nothing unusual as we have had to deal with her lies over and over again.. even her own child says she lies about everything) Christine says she never thought she was pregnant and never told anyone she was. Ok.. LIAR. After all these lies she tells, we find a letter, certified by a forensic handwriting analyst to be in her handwriting, where she is talking about being with another man and how she could be pregnant with his baby. It is to the left of the "Q6".

Oh, and Christine, before you go an lie again, we can date the paper. And Christine, you are not only a liar, but a cheater. In my book, you are just trash.

I don't know who lies the most, Casey or Christine, but one thing is for sure, Christine is better or the Harris County District Attorney's office just has stupid people. Let me just say here, it is my personal opinion that it is both.

One thing is for sure, little Caylee is gone and so is the baby that Christine was carrying. Who knows how these two perished? Only the people who took their lives.

I know it has been awhile, so I decided to stop and leave my input. I've had a lot going on lately, but since I saw something so stupid, I just couldn't resist to make a comment.

Talk about the height of stupidity, the Harris County District Attorney's office charged a man for a 9 year old boy shooting himself with the man's gun. Now, when you first hear this, you think it should happen, but let me tell you the story. On Friday, May 20th, a woman goes into a shop to get her car fixed. Her two children wonder into the shop owner's office, snooped around and found a gun. The boy then shoots himself. The Harris County District Attorney's office charge him. WTH? I mean.. really? What happened to the mother? Nothing. Not a damn thing. People call this an accident, I call it the result of bad parenting. They charge the man, they should have charged the mother. What is going on in Harris County? I thought those people in the HCDA's office were supposed to be smart.. uh.. well.. nope.. not the case here. And, with all the flack, do you think that Pat Lykos stepped in? Hell no. Hide like she always does when the crap hits the fan. Oh, but if you want to interview her and talk about her little awards (which doesn't compare anywhere close to what Craig Watkins has done in Dallas).. she is all there... and her lil minions.

I wanted to talk about something else here too. I know you have see the comments about Paula Trent and her supposed to be having a baby boy, which she was going to name Travis. Ok, that baby was due sometime ago. What happened to the baby Paula? I guess since I know this girl's history, it would not surprise me if the child was not with her.. if you know what I mean.

One thing is for sure, Christine was not a good mother and I do not believe, after what I have witnessed, that her daughter's should have been mothers. There is no way that those people could teach a child ethics and morals because they have none. I mean.. jumping from one guy to the next.. pot.. drinking like hell.. no education.. setting people up for crimes they didn't commit. Stealing.. lying in every dang court room. List goes on and on so I say.. and I want you to know I'm not a fond believer of a child being removed from it's mother.. except in these cases. In fact, if Paula and Sara would have been removed from Christine, they probably would be the "things" they are today. If lil Travis got a new home with a good set of parents.. I'm happy for him. Maybe this will break the cycle. Now, if this could only happen for lil Kayla.

We noticed that Mr. Matt from the University has purchased a copy of the petition for the court. Hey Matt, it won't do you any good. It is the rest of the stuff you will need, which we have. There is no doubt that we can prove to a jury that your client is a liar. Going to be easier than spreading ready mixed frosting. All you nice lil attorneys from the University of Houston will have that really stupid look on your face, right before you take her fanny back to another room and chew her fanny out. Hey Christine, you remember that.. right? You know.. when you and your mother lied in the Violation of the Protection Order and the charges were dismissed. Doing a bit of reading on KHOU, I saw the contest about naming the orangutan. Ok Bojedis, I have to disagree with you about naming this poor baby after Pat Lykos. Let's not insult the poor orangutan by naming it Pat Lykos, let's name it after someone honorable, someone who keeps their promises.. I'll have to think about this.. but definitely not Pat Lykos.

I got something forwarded to me in my email and thought about how fitting in the case of Robert McClendon, you know, the case where the state's witnesses lied in order to convict an innocent man and the HCDA won't do what is right. You know.. that case.. Nothing can be more fitting:

There comes a time when you have to expose people for what they are. That is the reason for the ad in the Houston Press. (I love these people.. the Chronicle sucks, in my own person opinion) The Houston Press will put the real news out without being "selective". We are going to make sure that not only Christine and Paula Trent are exposed, but the Harris County District Attorney's office, who doesn't do investigations properly, allows perjury to convict the innocent and will not turn over records according to the Open Records Act unless you stay on their fannies and call the AG's office on them. The HCDA sucks too. (in my personal opinion).

I think I will go stand out in front of a few houses with a sign. Heck, since unemployment is low, hire a few people to do the same at different locations.

I heard this today on a television commercial and I though of how fitting it was for our Harris County District Attorney's office and our judges here in Harris County. Not saying all are this way and, the ones we are referring to know who they are. One thing I do know is that Pat Lykos is so readily to reprimand someone in public for them doing a bad job, but who is reprimanding her. Oh, that's right, she won't come out in public unless she can get "good" media attention. Did anyone catch what was said on Channel 2 news when she was approached regarding us? Let me help you out here, "No comment." If they would have done what was right, that "no comment" would not have come out of their mouth and Pat Lykos would have come out into "the sunshine".

Anyway, was just sitting here thinking about the scrum of the earth. But hey, what can you expect.. trash begets trash.. Then what happens? That "trash" has babies. Child Protective Services should take those babies away from that "trash" or eventually.. that "trash" will train those poor innocent babies to become "trash" when they grow up. Where does it stop?

I'm sure everyone saw the airing of Cristina's Court some time ago. Now, do you think that Christine Trent lied in that court appearance too? OF COURSE SHE DID! She stated in the court that she NEVER said she was pregnant. She is a LIAR! We now have written proof, certified by a handwriting analyst, that she was not only having an affair on Robert, she stated in a letter that she thought she was carrying a "Joey's" baby. That means someone she was having an affair with, not Robert. She NEVER told Robert she thought she was having an affair or pregnant with another man's baby. Take a look at this. If you don't believe what I'm telling you, check this out!

See, we told you she is a liar and now, it is in her own handwriting! Yep, in Cristina's Court she said she knew she wasn't pregnant, never told anyone she was, never thought she was, that Robert was the one that told everyone that. Wonder how Christine is going to answer for this one in court since her attorney has the video.. hmmmm... Guess we are about to go into the World Series now.

Cristina's Court might have said to take down the information about the baby, but nothing was ever said that we couldn't put up documents that are later found to prove Christine is a liar.

Sometimes, when you think you think you are out of allies, there are some that step forward. These are the forgotten, the ones that others think that they can put behind them and they will never resurface, but eventually they do when people least expect it. Nice to see we have more that have joined "the team".

As far as Pat Lykos and her minions are concerned, their reputation is going down hill. Wonder if anyone saw "the plane"? Well, got to tell you they did. Madrid, Martinez and Associates. They are criminal defense and DWI lawyers. It appears as though they don't have any trouble talking about how crappy our criminal justice system is in Harris County. Go ahead, read the blog on their website.

They are evidently familiar with the fact that there is scum that will lie to get innocent people convicted and that the Harris County criminal justice system ALLOWS PERJURY TO CONVICT THE INNOCENT!

We got another surprise in store for everyone, to include the Harris County District Attorney's office.. Christine.. Paula. And one thing is for sure, Ms. Heppard (Christine's attorney) is not going to like this one. It will put egg on her face just like it did the prosecutor when Christine and her mother (Barbara Schutte) lied during the Violation of the Protective Order, they got caught and it got dismissed.

Let me throw another kink in there for you. Today ends the first day of the week. That means that Christine and Paula's days have narrowed down to four. Meeting will be this week.. hearing date set. hmmmm... could be tomorrow.. maybe Wednesday.. could be on Friday. So, they have either four days or less. *laffin* Let's see.. that is 24, 48, 72 or 96 hours. Not long. hmmmmm.. Guess you better start deciding if you are going to burn for it all.. or snitch on each other. *laffin my butt off* See, I have it figured this way, you two are too stupid to realize I'm not lying to you. Oh, and for your information, Judge Velasquez ordered the hearing based on the LITTLE bit of evidence put in front of her face. I can just imagine what she is going to say, or do, when she sees the rest we've collected. I would love to be a fly on the wall, just to see her face. That is one of those "priceless" moments. Let's see.. 1) setting a man up for a crime he didn't commit - profit of thousands for the property they stole.. 2) cost to Robert and his family for legal feess.. etc.. over $50,000.. 3) Cost to the liars and thieves for setting Robert up and being stupid enough to leave evidence.. (plus all their "talking".. a few years in prison and restitution of over $50,000.. plus a civil suit for mental anguish.. etc.. own you for the rest of your lives. 4) Look on Judge Velasquez's and the prosecutor's faces when reviewing all the evidence.. PRICELESS.

I do believe we have told them MANY times, "You better make that phone call.. or go and visit the HCDA." But.. do you think they listened? Nope. Oh.. and Christine.. when I laid eyes on you during Christina's Court and I told you, "Expect another lawsuit." Did you think I was kidding you? You should have known, with everything that has happened, we would come back again. This time, it is not like Christina's Court, this time, we have the evidence in writings.. oh.. that's right.. ya'll's. *laffin* Certified by a handwriting analyst. Good morning all! Tomorrow is the start of a new week, the week when the meeting with the HCDA will take place and the hearing date will be set. I can't believe it has gone this far, but that is because Christine and Paula would not do the right thing and go to law enforcement or the HCDA and tell them what they did to Robert.

You know what is sad? It is the fact that none of this had to happen. They didn't have to set him up to steal everything he had, and then again, Christine had a lot to cover up. The affair. The fact that she lied about "possibly being pregnant" with another man's child while she was with Robert. It is amazing what you find out about people after they leave. That's right, it is all in the writings. Can we prove they are habitual liars? Or the fact that they will lie under oath? Sure.

What is even more amazing is what Paula and Sara will tell people on MySpace and Facebook. The fact that they can't keep their mouths shut. The fact that they will tell all kinds of things to people they don't even know. Or, how about the fact that Paula would get drunk or stoned out of her mind and tell more crap. I am amazed at their stupidity, or more that they didn't realize that you can get things from the sites because they are stored on their servers. See, if Christine would have made sure they got an education, we wouldn't have been able to get our hands on those transcripts either.

Remember when we were talking about standing in the court room shaking hands and patting each other on the back when this is over, like Christine and Paula did, well.. we are going to add to that. We are going to have a big celebration party and have already bought the Champaign. That is how sure we are this time. When they haul everyone's butts off to jail, we are going to be celebrating while they are looking through the bars thinking about all they have done and the fact that they shouldn't have done it. What a nice thought.

I wonder if Christine's parents know what they have done. After everything my mother did to help Christine and her girls, and the fact that my mother cried because of what they did to her son, do you think I will be phased when Gerald and Barbara Schutte will cry when their daughter and granddaughters go to jail? Nope. Barbara Schutte lied during the Violation of the Protective Order, trying to get Robert put in jail for something he didn't do and Gerald, well, he knew that the shed was in his back yard and lied to the judge about Robert's property.

In reviewing everything tied to this case, I have no sympathy for any of them. In fact, the world would be a safer place with all of them locked up. They will quit hurting innocent people, but most of all, the babies, hopefully, will have a better life with someone else that will love and care for them the way "real" parents should. This could be a very good year for those babies. I know it will definitely be a very good year for us because we will see the close of a very bad situation. The bad news for Christine and Paula is, that we will be filing a civil suit on them for all the damages and mental anguish they have put everyone through. First, the burden of proof is very low in a civil suit, but we won't have a problem with that at all. Christine and Paula, was it worth it? I bet after some time in prison, you will find that the answer will be "no".

Going back over the last year, and the few years before, I thought about all the crap that has gone on with this case. I thought about all the times I went to law enforcement and the Harris County District Attorney's office. All the times I tried to tell them that Christine and Paula lied to get Robert convicted. I thought about the so-called investigation done on Robert's case by the HCDA and all the crap I had to go through to get records from them. Then, I think about the times I've talked to mom and she kept saying, "Things come in God's time." Then, we found the writings. That was God's message saying "it's time".

Yes, it has been a rough ride, but we've pulled through it and got a hearing by Judge Velasquez. Now, with the new year coming in, we know that the hearing date will be set very soon. Would have been earlier if not for things coming during the holidays, but heck, we've waited this long, what's a week in the scheme of things? The answer, nothing.

We made every attempt to tell Christine and Paula to call the HCDA and confess, not to wait until hell came raining upon them, but then again, they evidently refused and have not made that phone call or made a visit to the HCDA. Not smart? Nope, it is not good to wait when you have wrecked such havoc in people's lives and with the HCDA. The writings tell it all and, if they want to wait until they get drug into court, so be it and let the court throw the book at them for all their crap. Their time is so running out and they can face what they put our family through. They can then go to prison and pay restitution for the rest of their lives. Do I care? No. The only "person" through all of this I care about is the babies. I hope that they go to someone that will give them a good life, a good education and teach them ethics and morals that Christine and Paula couldn't possibly teach them. I mean, look at Paula. If Christine was any kind of a mother, she would have worked hard to get what she wanted instead of stealing everything from Robert while he was in jail. She would have made sure her children got a good education and, she would not have allowed her girls to do the things they have done and she surely would not have done what she has done. As Paula said in her own words, "Our mother is a piece of s**t." That is about as straight to the point as you can get.

This is not just going to be "our" year, it is going to be theirs. They are going to learn a very valuable lesson. Stop your lying and don't screw with people, especially if they pull their crap with the female inmates. They will be drug into court to answer for their lies, which are contradicted by their own words in the writings. Of all the things they took, they left the most valuable behind and now, that "mistake" will come back to bite them in the butts.

This is a new week. Anyone know what that means? That means the days are counting down, closer to dragging Christine and Paula into the court room to answer for all their lies.. this time.. with evidence in their own handwriting.

Now that I have that reminder out of the way, I want to talk about others that were involved in this mess, the ones that have no conscious, the ones that don't consider that a person is innocent. The ones that have no regard for a person's life.

I was thinking through all of this and thought about how fast Harris County drug Robert in front of a judge. It was almost immediate. Then, in order to prove him innocent, we talked to people, dug up evidence, talked to several people (most of them who would not listen).. you name it.. it was done. One thing about the Harris County District Attorney's office, they don't care if you are innocent or not. You have to shove them up against the wall. Now, there is proof that they squandered their opportunities to be in the spot light. Oh, but, they could still get there. That's right.. they are going to be in the court room. Wonder if Rifi is going to be there.. hmmm..

Know what I think about all this crap? I think they should not only throw the book at Christine and Paula, but all the people that were involved at the Harris County District Attorney's office. But heck.. as I found out while reading about another case, you can ruin peoples' lives and keep right on "serving the public".. paid by the Harris County tax payers. What a crock of crap.

How long does it take to get a case back in front of a judge.. of course after you do the job you pay others to do.. YEARS!! That is while you have people like Christine and Paula running the streets.. free.. Honestly, I will have absolutely no remorse for them being thrown in prison. I will have no remorse that baby Travis will go to a home with loving parents.. people who will educate him and not let him end up in the system like his mother and grandmother. I can't imagine that child being raised by someone like Paula.. or even to be around someone like Christine. Then I think of Kayla.. Sara's baby girl. God I feel sorry for that child. I mean.. look.. Sara is in and out of "relationships" with guys faster than you can change your underwear. What does that say about Sara being a role model for that child? That this is acceptable behavior? Well.. like I said.. the apples fall right at the base of the trunk of the tree.

My brother and I was talking today about all this mess. We discussed how could someone mistreat someone who provided a home and raised two children that weren't even his and then, they do him so dirty. That tells me they have no "character". None.. as Paula stated in her own words, "My family is s**t." Yep.. got that on a transcript. How can you teach a child morals and ethics if you have none? I feel sorry for these two babies... I don't feel sorry for their mothers or their grandmother. I wish them all they deserve when they are drug in front of the judge.

I know.. they are holding out.. thinking it is not coming.. that we are bluffing. Well.. we're not. When it goes in front of the judge.. we are all going to be sitting there in our pink shirts and socks. Then.. when they get charged for aggravated perjury.. we are going to do just like they did.. we are all going to start smiling and slapping each other on the backs. They thought that Robert would just walk away licking his wounds, but never in their wildest dreams did they ever think we (our family) would come after them. We did.. we are coming and hell is coming with us. There are times when revenge is sweeter. *laffin*

Good morning! It is a couple of days before Christmas, but of course, we feel that we got our Christmas present early.. getting a hearing granted. We were hoping to have Christine and Paula drug in there before Christmas, but what the heck.. we can wait a little bit. I understand that the hold up is with the Harris County District Attorney's office. That is because they have to coordinate the date with Robert's attorney. That might take a little time.. but trust me.. it will get here. Not as soon as we wanted.. but it will get here. 2011 is going to be a great year.. nabbing Christine and Paula. Seeing them in orange.. in jail.. will be the highlight of my life after all the crap they have done.

We do have a question.. Paula.. wore a hole in those pink fluffy socks yet? I want you to remember that question as you look out into the audience in court and see us wearing our pink socks and.. no, we didn't forget about your pink sweater you were wearing. We will have on pink shirts and pink socks to commemorate that day. You can remember that crap.. but you couldn't remember all the rest of the lies you told. I was looking at the top of the page and there is nothing that rings more true than the statement made by Patrick Swayze, "Fear causes hesitation, and hesitation will cause your worst fears to come true". There is a reason why I thought of this. Through all of the messages, we have been telling Christine and Paula they better make that phone call to the Harris County District Attorney's office and confess to them about setting Robert up, but to date, we know that they have not done that or we would have known.

Fear, yes, I could see that. It is because we have been telling them that we had enough to get a hearing, which we have done. Let me give you a little information here. I was told when the writ was first done, don't hold my breath because our chances of getting a hearing were slim because the courts seldom grant them. In my research, it was found that less than 3% of people turning in writs are granted a hearing. This means.. for all those that don't get it.. 97% don't get a hearing granted. I felt good when we turned in the writings, but there is always that chance that people don't read and shove it through the system, but we were lucky. There definitely was enough in the writings, along with a few other things.. namely transcripts from the court and MySpace.. that proved Christine and Paula were lying in the protective order and trial. That is the reason the judge is having the hearing.

Christine and Paula (and let's not forget Sara here) know that they put their crap down in writing. They also know that we will be using all of it against them in the hearing. See, no matter what Christine and Paula say, they will contradict something that they have already said and, to top it all off, there is writings (certified by a forensic handwriting analyst) that contradicts the other things they have said. To put it bluntly, no matter what they say, they are SCREWED. *laffin*

Now, back to the fear thing. Because they know they wrote this stuff, and they are going to have to face a judge over it and they know they lied and it can be proven, they are scared.. as they should be. Make that phone call to confess their crimes? No, they hesitate because they know what they are facing. Let's see possible prison time.. restitution in the amount of thousands of dollars. Since they are hesitating.. they are inviting the worst thing that could possibly happen because if the judge, or the Harris County District Attorney's office comes after them, their worst possible fears will come true because they have pissed off so many people with their lies. The Harris County District Attorney's office, and the judge, are going to be pissed as hell that Christine and Paula made fools out of them and ruined an innocent man's life and wrecked havoc on his family, not to mention destroying other families.

I will say this again, the longer they wait to come forward (hesitate), the worse it is going to be (their worst fears will come true). Christine and Paula, go ahead and hesitate because we want them to throw the book at you both and give to you the worst possible punishment (we are going to ask for the MAXIMUM amount of prison time for EACH lie they told). Like I said, we know why the date took so long to be set, it is because God is giving you the opportunity but, I guess you are choosing to squander it. Everything happens in God's time. Go ahead... hesitate.. make your worst fears come true. Time is running out.

This time in court, Robert won't be fighting for his freedom, his life, you will be fighting for yours. And, if you know anything about the Harris County District Attorney's office after what you have done, they will come after you with everything they have and trust me, we have given them all they need. *laffin my fanny off*

I remember watching Forrest Gump and there was something he said that really stuck with me, "Stupid is, as stupid does". When I think of this, I think of all the crap that Christine and Paula have done and how stupid they have been through everything they planned and carried out with getting Robert convicted. I think of all the lies they told and then how the truth came out in all the writings that were found but, most of all, I think of all the conversations with Sara and Paula and how they contradicted many of the things that were said in court. Yes, the transcripts I have of conversations coincide with the writings, they contradict what was said in the protective order and the trial.

Now, let's talk about really stupid. Let's talk about the fact that they believe that they are untouchable, which includes Sara, who thinks she can't be touched in Council Bluffs, Iowa. Do you think that she understands that subpoenas are very long reaching, all the way to Iowa. Now, with that being said, I have a transcript where Sara contradicted testimony made by Christine and Paula. That means.. tah-dah.. she was involved in concealing a felony. Imagine that.

Now, let me give you a bit more information. To absolutely verify that the conversations took place, they are stored on a server with MySpace and can be subpoenaed into court. Hmmmm... guess what..?? Oh.. come on.. did you think for one moment we would leave that out? *laffin* Guess again.

How about we talk about something else now. Lets talk about how someone who writes something on their FaceBook. "Don't f*** with my and I won't f*** with you". First, no.. it wasn't a typo.. it was "my". *laffin* Who the heck is afraid of stupid people who leaves things behind that prove they are guilty of conspiracy and aggravated perjury? Or, stupid people who talk too much? Looks like to me that no one has to f*** with you.. you f*** things up all by yourself. A typical bubble-gummer. *laffin* Instead of worrying about who is f***ing with you, you should be trying to figure out how you are going to afford a good criminal attorney. Oh, and for a little bit more of information, they are usually a $10,000 (for each of you.. equaling $20,000 for starters) retainer for a decent one. Or, you could go with a public pretender who will sell you out faster hell so they can get that voucher in to get paid by the county. You know.. a fast plea bargain. *laffin*

Let me close this message by saying we got great news today. The hearing date is to be set this week. Go ahead and go to the store to buy your Depends before you start pissing in your panties. *laffin* No, we are not going to tell you when we find out, you can just sit there and wonder what the hell is going on while we sit back and clink the Champaign glasses. *snickerin* Celebrating dragging your fannies back in front of the judge to answer for all your crap. I see that people are coming to see what message is left, is there a court date? Are we spreading the truth more? Are we putting up more evidence?

Nope, there is no court date yet, but the way I look at it, every day that goes by, is closer to getting into that court room, the day when Christine and Paula will face the rest of the evidence and will have to answer for it. I also look at it another way, that God is giving Christine and Paula time to do what is right, to go to Judge Valezquez or the Harris County District Attorney's office and tell them what they did to Robert. From the way it looks, they are going to squander the opportunity to do that and wait until they are drug into a court room. Actually, this would be better for us because that means that people will be even more upset with them and REALLY nail them for their crimes. Yep, much better in our books.

So, for all those people who are waiting for the other shoe to drop.. don't worry.. it will get here. Maybe not before Christmas, maybe not before the new year hits, but how about before Paula's baby is born? Oh, and Paula, if you think that baby is going to save you, I got news for you. Women have babies in jail/prison all the time. You get to spend a few days with them before they take them away. Maybe they will give custody of little Travis to his daddy and if his daddy was smart, he will take that baby back to California, a long way from you.

We have had many conversations since Robert was set up for a crime he didn't commit, all based on the lies of two women. I think some of the things that have surprised us is, the fact of dragging others into the situation and, the fact that they believed your lies too, or at least that is what we thought. We have talked many times about the families that they have destroyed, but also the fact that this has brought Mom, Roger, Robert and me together closer than we have ever been, not saying that we weren't close before. There were times when there were absences, but that doesn't mean that we didn't love each other. One thing is for sure, we stick together when we need to, just as "family" should.

People have a misconception about us, they think that they can separate us. We have our standards, we are family and, one thing we have always been taught, don't abuse, mistreat or hurt others. This is a lesson that a few people need to learn, and we don't mind "teaching" that lesson. Have to admit, we have taught a few people, a few lessons.

After we go to the hearing, it will not stop there. You will see another after that because we already have an attorney waiting for the civil suit. Yep, just had that conversation with the attorney Friday night. Ain't it nice to have friends? At least ours has some stroke. *laffin*

Yesterday was a great day. Celebrating with family and friends, clinking some glasses, fortunate for all the blessings from God this last year.

As I sat there looking at my family, I couldn't feel prouder. I thought about everything we've been through the last few years and how we stuck together to get things done, taking care of each other, just like things should be. Then I found myself looking at my daughter and granddaughter and thinking about what wonderful people they are. I found myself smiling at the fact that my daughter is graduating soon and what I could have done to make her life better. Then my granddaughter, her sweet face and the fact that she is such a wonderful child. She is very well behaved, very respectful and very honest. Could I have done better? That is a question that any good concerned parent would ask themselves.

I thought back over the years of working two jobs, dragging my daughter out of the bed to make her go to school because I wanted her to have a good education, of the disagreements we had and of the memorable times too. As I thought of this, I wondered what I would do if my child, or grandchild, ever really did someone wrong, like Christine, Paula and yes, Sara for not telling what she knew. To ruin their families and other's lives leaving devastation in their wake. After a few minutes, I can tell you I would have been very disappointed in them and would feel like a failure.

I think being a good parent is not just putting clothes on your children's backs, feeding them and putting a roof over their heads. It is teaching them responsibility, how to treat people and to always be fair and honest. To treat others like they would want to be treated. Contribute to not just their wellbeing, but to others. Help the less fortunate and don't mistreat people. There are so many things.

Sometimes I wonder if Gerald and Barbara Schutte really know what their daughter Christine has done, or their granddaughters. But then again, I have heard stories of some of the things they knew or did and then I believe I know where the behavior is rooted.

Then, I wonder how I would feel as a parent, reading about my children on a website like this. Would I involve myself in their life, would I encourage their behavior by protecting them or, would I encourage them to do what is right? I can tell you now, it doesn't take me a long time to answer that question. I would involve myself, but I would encourage them to do what is right. I would explain to them that when you do things you know is wrong, then you have to pay the price. If they did not, then I would have to let them go. That doesn't mean I don't love them but, anyone who understands the concept of tough love, understands what I am saying here.

I am very fortunate that I do not have to make that decision and that I am a very proud parent of wonderful children and grandchildren. They are self-sufficient, hard working, honest and giving. When I ask myself if I could have done more, of course every parent feels that they could have, but I did the best I could and I have to admit, as I sit here and smile, I've done a wonderful job, just as my mother has done for me. I have all the basic essentials of a good life and do the best, or most with them that I could possibly do.

With what I have, it brings Sara into it and don't think for a moment that she can't be drug down here for conspiracy and concealing a felony because she can. I got proof.

We are hoping that all of you will spend Christmas in jail, but heck, if we have to wait until the new year to get you there.. that's fine too. Either way, your days are numbered. It is a couple of days before Thanksgiving and we have a lot to be thankful for this year. Mom always says, "Things happen in God's time." She is so right there. If we would have managed to go to court a couple of years ago, we would not have the evidence we have today. We thank God for helping us through all of this and finding the writings left behind that prove that Robert is innocent. Also, we thank him for helping the judge "see" through the evidence and realize that there should be another hearing, that Christine and Paula should be brought in for questioning. Everything is exposed now, "the truth always comes out". We have been saying this all along.

We thank God for our many blessings this year. Actually, Christine and Paula should be thanking God too. They should thank him for bringing everything forward and in the near future, they will get a free lesson in life.. they will learn not to lie. What better lesson, than a lesson in bettering yourself.

There are a few other people that need to thank God for a lesson in life. Rifi Newaz, Lynn McClellan, Judge Velasquez, Patricia Cisneros and a few other people. Things are not always as they seem. There is always another story. The truth is always out there. Look for it. Remember, the person you are prosecuting may be innocent. Always.. ALWAYS.. do your job to the best of your ability.

Much more than what you did to Robert. Was it worth it? If you didn't want to be there with Robert.. why the hell didn't you just leave? Speaking of money, I got to thinking about how Christine and Paula are going to afford paying a bond. Hmm.. if they can't afford that.. maybe they can count their left over pennies to pay for an attorney. Actually, they would stand a better chance throwing a dart at a phone book. See, they aren't going to have the money to pay for a private attorney, they are going to have to settle for a public pretender, just like Robert did in the beginning because they left him destitute. How will it feel having the shoe on the other foot?

Question is, does mommy and daddy (grandma and grandpa) Schuette know what really happened? I doubt it. I'm sure they have been lied to all along, just like everyone else. Wonder what they are going to think seeing their daughter and granddaughter getting a subpoena to appear before a judge.. again. Oh, and they don't have the choice to opt-out, they will be ORDERED to appear.

Oh, and let me say something here. If they think for one minute that they are going to get in there and lie their fannies off and walk out like they did the last time, the answer is no. I betted that Paula will snitch on her mother to save her own skin. Besides.. Paula refers to her own mother as a piece of crap.. so why wouldn't I make that bet? Heck.. either way it goes.. WE still win. Doesn't matter who snitches on who. It just all depends on who is more willing to throw their "family" under the bus to save their own skin. *laffin*

Yes, we got it confirmed today. OMG! Yep.. a few people are getting drug back in front of the judge to be asked a few questions. You don't think that is a big deal? Well.. let me give you a little information. The chances of getting a hearing is less than 3% and yep.. we got one. Know why? Oh, that is because the evidence was overwhelming enough to convince the judge that there is reasonable doubt that Robert is guilty. Imagine that. It was because of the writings and the evidence we acquired when we snuck up on your butts that were turned in with the writ. You know.. the ones that you thought we were bluffing about. Don't let someone tell you it is not a big deal because it could very well land your fanny in the jail cell. *laffin* Which I'm sure it will.

So, let me put it this way. You thought we were bluffing? Nah. You better start deciding whose butt is getting thrown under the bus because you're going to have to make that choice soon.

Good morning all! You know we filed the writ.. right? That goes to the judge. But, I wanted you to know something else. Since we are sooooo sure that we can prove your guilt by what we have, I sent Pat Lykos an email telling her that, with the writings, we can absolutely prove your guilt and ask that she prosecute you all for the lies you have told. How about that?

One other thing. We noticed you have visited the website a lot. Spoof? Come on.. You are a new fools at an old game. See, we are going to teach you how to play. Want to come out and play? Probably not because you can't compete. In other words.. you're stupid. You don't think that we can see, or don't know about, what is going on... trust me.. we can.

Actually, until the judge makes the final decision, we wanted to see just how stupid you all are. I'm sure you will hold off until your fannies are drug back to court instead of just going and confessing what you have done. But wait.. you better learn some self defense too. You THINK you're bad? You haven't seen anything until you've met a few of those women inmates. They don't tell you what they are going to do to you.. they wait until you go to sleep. Like the woman who got her face opened up with razor blades after she went to sleep. Only took 400 stitches to put her face back together. That is the kind of things I saw working in the prison. Hmmm.. Don't think you will fair well there. And, don't think they are not as bad in a jail facility. The jail facilities are more open. Not two to a cell, more like 30 to a dorm. Pull some of your crap there and see what happens. They will teach you a lesson like you've never had.

Good evening all! So, we have a few visitors that are just waiting for the hammer to drop. Know why? Because they are GUILTY! Hmmm... imagine that... Yes, I guess by now you know we weren't bluffing. Guess you found out the writ really has been filed. Yes, I even talked to the attorney about adding a few more things to solidify the what was in the writ. I'm sure you're wondering what that was. Well, guess what? You can just sit there and wait.. wondering what is going to happen to you.

See, Pat Lykos has made the statement that she will not tolerate wrongful convictions. Let's see what she thinks of Paula, Christine and Sara when all the things we have leaves the judge's desk and goes to Lykos' desk. Hmmmm... not tolerate wrongful convictions? How about if she has the ones in custody that lied to get an innocent man convicted for a crime he didn't commit. Guess that means she will have the book thrown at you.

We figured that waiting on the decision for the writ is not bothering us because we know what we have.. but you don't. How does that feel.. sitting and waiting? Getting ulcers? *laffin* Wait until you are sitting there waiting for YOUR trial to begin.. just like Robert did except, that you all will actually be prosecuted for A CRIME YOU DID COMMIT.

Interesting.. Paula wants to know where here daddy is.. hmmm... well.. guess what.. we know exactly where he is. In fact.. we've spoken to his sister and she had nothing good to say about Christine. Oh.. and your grandmother (your daddy's mother).. well we talked to her to. She told us about ALL the lies Christine told to her. Christine told her she was a Houston cop and that her brother was a CIA agent. *geeze* Guess the lying goes way back. Christine caused him a lot of trouble.

Paula and Sara.. did you ever wonder why your mother has so many problems with men? Oh, that's right.. she lies on them. Let me tell you something. We found writings from your mother about having an affair with a man in Dallas at Walnut Park while she was with Robert. Yep.. cheated on Robert. Oh, and in the writing she says, "I think I'm pregnant by the man I just broke up with." Which means, she had another affair on Robert. trust me.. the paper was dated. She wasn't broken up with Robert. Oh, and think about Cristina's Court. Your mother lied there too. "I wasn't pregnant." "I never thought I was pregnant." "My tubes have been tied for 20 years." What a friggin liar!

Now, let me tell you another story. Yes, Roger, Robert's brother, dated your mother before Robert ever knew her. Want to know why Roger broke up with her? Oh, that's right, she lied to him, and on him, many times. In fact.. one day when I was with my brother Roger, she lied to some guy about Roger and the guy started after Roger and was beating dents in my car.

Paula... as you say in one of your transcripts, "your mother is a piece of sh**". Sad thing is, after what you all did to Robert, you are no better than your mother. The apple fell right at the base of the tree when you and Sara were born. Sad. You two could have been so much better.. but you took after your mother with all your lies and crap.

We would like to thank all the people who have visited the website since our promotion of the movie Conviction. Be sure and watch the movie if at all possible. We are sure that the flood of visitors to the website will understand what this movie is saying. Remember this the next time you serve on a jury, if you are the judge or, if you are the prosecutor.

Speaking of wrongfully convicted. We are just on the edge, waiting for the hearing, waiting for the attorney to call. I got to thinking about that.. and Paula and Sara. Let's see, Sara has a baby girl and Paula is expecting a baby boy soon. Now, wonder what is going to happen when the judge understands what was done to Robert after reading all the writings. I do know from working in the prisons that women can have their babies in prison, but of course, they don't get to keep the baby in prison. I feel sorry for the babies, thinking of the life that is ahead of them.

It is possible that Paula and Sara could increase their chances of a plea bargain if they confessed before someone comes to get them, but not them, they will sit until the last minute, thinking that we are bluffing. Stupid people. Don't know when there is a good thing being thrown at them.

Then again, I think about the guys that they are involved in that know nothing of what they have done. I feel for them because they could very well end up in the same situation that Robert did and have their lives ruined. Sad situation.

Well, we should have our answer shortly from the judge. We will keep you posted.

What wonderful news! We are within days! There is no doubt in our minds, with the evidence that has been found, how the judge will rule in the hearing. I wished I could be a fly on the wall when the judge finishes looking at everything that was turned in with the writ.

Oh, and don't think for a moment that I will leave anyone out when it comes to dragging people in. I think all that have been involved in putting the party together, should enjoy the party.

I was not going to add another message, but after seeing this video, I could not help myself. In this video, the family members of the Carter/Graves case (Graves was exonerated) where they lost several members of their family. (our hearts go out to you) In this video, they say what we have been saying all along. When the prosecutors do not do their jobs, they make victims of the victims and their families. If you did not catch what this man was saying, let me help you here.. "If there is a district attorney or defense attorney that is manipulating evidence, then they should have to be held accountable because they have not only destroyed one person's life and his family, but the victims' family also," Keith Davis said. One thing I want to add here.. there should NEVER be a statute of limitations on the bad jobs the prosecutors, district attorneys or officers do. They should never have immunity. If there is an insistence on a statute of limitations, it should be a minimum of 5 years from the time the person is exonerated or, charges dismissed. It is a CRIME to allow these prosecutors to do the things they have done to families and get away with it. Justice is justice.. make them accountable.

Not only Keith Davis' family were victims, but also Graves' family. All victims of a District Attorney and prosecutor who just wanted to convict.. convict.. convict. Yes, it sounds very familiar to us.. the Harris County District Attorney's office. Rifi Newaz, Lynn McClellen, Chuck Rosenthal.. and a few more, should all pay the price for what they have done to Robert. If they would have done their job instead of being so anxious to convict Robert, Christine and Paula would be in jail.. or at least released from prison.. paying restitution. Actually, I have more respect for a roach than I do for Newaz, McClellen, Rosenthal.. or any of the others involved.

Now that all this evidence in the writings comes forward.. I'm even more ashamed of our criminal justice system. To top that off, I'm absolutely disgusted at the fact that Christine and Paula abused that system to abuse an innocent man, to make a mockery of all abused women and children everywhere. They are nothing but trash and pieces of crap!

Well.. I wonder what a few people are going to be wearing as costumes. Yeah, we have a few that wear costumes everyday, regardless of whether it is Halloween or not. There are those that pretend to be prosecutors.. some judges.. some victims.. oh, the liars.. those victims. *laffin*

As I am driving to the early voting polls, I'm thinking about how voting is such a powerful thing. It is the people speaking about who they want in their public offices, the ones that the expect will uphold the rights of the people as outlined in our Constitution.

I think about how candidates get out and talk to people, making them promises. Then, there are those that once elected, those promises go right out the window. Talk to the people after they get in office? Ok, that was a joke, but I never hear anyone laughing. Once candidates are in office, they don't have time for the "people", unless you have money. Protect the rights of the people?

Our courts? Our District Attorney's office? Yes, we have taken everything possible to these people. Not just the perjured testimony of Christine and Paula, but now the writings found, along with affidavits of others that knew what the truth was, not the lies that were told in the court room.

You know what solidifies that Christine and Paula lied like hell, the fact that we've put up everything on this website and Christine and Paula have not addressed these issues. If we were lying, they would have filed a defamation lawsuit. You know why they don't.. because they KNOW they lied and they are now afraid of what we have found, that they would lie in court again and would be scared that they would be caught in their lies. That's why.. they are liars.

It doesn't matter what they do at this point because we have sent everything we have found back to the courts for review. It shouldn't take much longer now. Honestly, we don't want Robert just released, we want a retrial so we can get Christine and Paula.. along with sending a subpoena for Sara to appear in a court room. We want to see their faces when they are confronted with what we have acquired. We want to see the look of the judge and the prosecutor when they watch them get caught in their own lies. We want them prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law for their lies.

Do you know when people will stop lying in court rooms? When the courts and prosecutors start prosecuting these liars. Slap them with a few years in prison and restitution for what they cause their victims. Not just the person they have lied on, but the families of these people. Yes, we are going to ask for the restitution. All the attorney fees, etc.. Somewhere in the tune of over $50,000.. of course with interest. Prison and restitution.. that should do it. Punish these people.

Let me tie it all up here and say this.. You don't have a right to gripe about our system if you don't get out and vote. Vote the people out of office who are not protecting the rights of the innocent.. not protecting your rights as outlined in our Constitution and laws.

Well.. well.. well.. life is good! I had such a wonderful conversation today! :o) Things are moving right along and I can't be more pleased. I can't wait to see some people's faces. Let's put it this way, this is a whole different ball game with all the stuff we have found. I will guarantee you, things are so different at this point.. not all the lies that Christine and Paula told, but ACTUAL evidence that proves they are liars. *laffin* Wouldn't that be a show? Sit there and watch them lie.. lie.. lie.. Then, let's see.. them get prosecuted for aggravated perjury. What a show. Just wondering.. will Christine be smirking then? My mom sent me a video about a young man that is truly an inspiration. I was amazed at his accomplishments and how he views the world. There is a something he says in the video that really caught my attention. "Focus on the resources you have, not the resources you don't have". I don't think anyone has inspired me more than this young man. Listen to what this young man says closer to the end of this video.

10/25/10: Good afternoon citizens of Harris County, Harris County District Attorney's Office, University of Houston, Christine and Paula Trent (and let's not leave out Sara this time):

Over the last few days, I've watched people do some really stupid stuff. Not just in everyday events, but with the way the interact with others. I've often wondered why people do the things they do. Why do people hurt others unnecessarily? Why can't you count on people to do the right thing? Honestly, I don't have an answer to any of these questions. I do my best everyday to be the best I can be, not lying, cheating, stealing or hurting others and I can't for the life of me figure out why others can't be the same way. If I make a mistake, I readily admit it. If I unintentionally tell someone something that I later find out is incorrect, I immediately rectify the situation. Hurt others? No, it is not in my nature but, that doesn't mean that I won't do what is necessary to make a situation right.

See, I have a way of looking at things. If you do things to others that you shouldn't have done, or get involved in things you shouldn't have, then the way I look at it is, you made your bed, now sleep in it. If you do things to others out of meanness, then you deserve everything you get. Then, people can't blame others for the messes that they get themselves into. My advise is, don't do mean things to someone and, don't get involved in things that are none of your business. That way, you don't get caught in the crossfire.

Then, there are those people that get things done to them by mean people. They are trusting and believe that people will do what is right. Well, let me tell you something here. I used to be one of those people, but I've seen first hand what people do to others and I don't trust but a very few people. You can try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but I can tell you, most times, people will disappoint you. Instead of making the world a better place, they are too busy destroying what they can of other people's lives. Why? Well, I usually chalk it up to the fact that they have no life, so they don't want anyone else to have one either. They have such low self esteem, that they think that the have to prove that they are better than everyone else. I just don't get it.

People think when they do things to others, that no one will ever find out. That is not true. The things you do to others will eventually rear their ugly heads and you will have to answer for them. Take what Christine and Paula have done. They thought no one would ever find out. Then, what happens? They put the noose around their own necks by leaving writings behind. Never mind you, these were not just theirs, but they never thought about what Sara was writing in her journals. Then Sara lies to others, but the truth is found in her journals. I mean, come on here... Then there are those ones that get all entwined, in all this crap, not realizing that all that comes to the light too. Why? I don't know. My philosophy is, if it is not your business, then stay out of it. Yep, that all comes out too because Sara can't keep her mouth shut either. Guess that is the reason why a girl on Facebook was chewing Sara out, because Sara just wouldn't keep her mouth shut and talking crap about something she knows nothing about. What happens through all of this, someone else gets hurt.

The question is, when do people stop? When they figure out that they can't hurt someone anymore? When they have done all the damage that they thought they could do and get away with? Who knows.

One day, all will learn a lesson.... Maybe then, people will stop doing the stupid things they do to others. Remember this, do onto others as you would have then do onto you.

10/17/10: Good morning citizens of Harris County, Harris County District Attorney's Office, University of Houston, Christine and Paula Trent (and let's not leave out Sara this time):

"Hero Syndrome" Now that's an interesting subject. Let me tell you why I thought about this. In the Protective Order hearing, Christine testimony, she testified that Robert ordered her to her hands and knees so he could kick her in her fanny. Of course, she testifies in the Protective Order, that he "had a gun" in his hand at the time. So, I can understand why someone would go ahead and get on their hands and knees. Then, in the trial testimony, she testified that he ordered her to her hands and knees, but "did not have a gun" in his hand at the time but, she goes ahead and gets on her hands and knees. WHAT(?) Other than the fact of the difference between these two testimonies is the fact that she could not make up her mind if he had a gun or not, but why in the world would she just get on her hands and knees because he said to?

Let me tell you why I thought about this. Throughout her testimony, she leads people to believe "she saved the day". She gets in between Robert and her daughter when Robert supposedly attacks Paula, she tells Robert "you're not going to shoot her", she grabs the ashtray out of Robert's hand when he supposedly is about to hit Paula over the head with it. See where I'm going with this?

Now, is this the same woman who calls her daughter back in the house more than once with an allegedly with a gun wielding idiot? Who supposedly allowed Robert to imprison her daughter, Sara, for over a year and a half in a bathroom, feeding her ramen noodles and water and does nothing? Yeah.. right.. whatever.. What kind of "mother" is she? NEVER would I call my child back in a house when a man has a gun, or allow a man to starve my child in a bathroom for a year in a half. Oh, let's talk about this for a second. Since she was supposedly able to "save the day" on September 15th, 2005, but allowed these other things to happen, I do believe that makes her an accomplice of abuse of a child, neglect. Get where I'm going with this?

Hero Syndrome defined: "The hero syndrome is a phenomenon affecting people who seek heroism or recognition, usually by creating a desperate situation which they can resolve."

Let me tell you something about Christine, other than the fact that she is a liar and thief, she couldn't beat her way out of a wet paper bag. *laffin* She is a coward. She uses the criminal justice system to abuse a crippled disabled man. This is a woman who will smirk at me across a table when she has several people behind her. Never in her wildest days would she do that while she is in a room alone with me, muchless fight with a man who allegedly is wielding a gun. I think there is one more word to describe her, no, maybe two. She is an idiot.. and sick.

Christine, consider "getting help" like Cristina advised in court. And Paula and Sara, consider getting some help too. The apple does not fall too far from the tree. You both are carrying on the same practices exhibited by your mother. What kind of mother is that going to make you?

Hello boys and girls! Well, we are on the count down for a few more days. Someone made the statement that there was no journals and actually, no writ filed to bring those writings to the courts as evidence. Well.. I'm proud to say.. yep.. they have been filed for a few weeks. Want a bit of proof? Ok, we don't mind doing that. I don't think that there should be any doubt in anyone's mind, especially after viewing these, and a journal entry from one of Sara's journals in the previous message. Now, that you know for sure, that there is documents, and they have been filed with the courts, anyone want to go and turn themselves in before they come and get you? *laffin* Just think.. if you get there first, you can go and point the finger at the other.. in other words.. turn state's evidence. You know.. give a confession before they come and get you. Or, you could always get a hold of Robert's attorney and give him a statement. But trust me, with, or without your confession, there's enough. *laffin my butt off* Of course, I did take out a couple of things because I don't want to give you any particular information.

Ok.. ok.. ok.. you talked me into it. I've had a lot of responses to my last message. I was told that it is really hard to believe 1) that we found writings and journals and 2) that people could actually be so stupid as to leave them behind. People don't know whether to believe me or not so, I thought I would make a believer out of a few people. 1) They (the liars) DID leave write them and 2) were stupid enough to leave them.

Let us take a look at a few. Remember the last message about how Sara was locked in a bathroom for over a year and was getting fed ramen noodles with either 1) water out of a faucet or 2) 2 gallons of water left in the bathroom? Of course, I have a copy of a transcript where she is telling someone this story..

For you that don't know who Sara is talking about.. she is talking about Robert.

Oh, but let's try another... How about the idea of putting Robert in jail for no reason? Take in mind, this is one of the documents that was certified to be Christine Trent's handwriting. In this, she is talking about Sara. Check out what is highlighted in yellow!!! Oppppsss.... guess Christine screwed up too. *laffin*

Oh, the little "Q5" is the document number assigned by the document examiner. Notice the date. This is a about a year and a half before Robert was set up. Get this.. "She said-I want you to go to jail because your not my real dad and I don't like you." Now, is that not a hell of a reason for someone to go to jail? Hmmmm... What kind of person thinks this way? I know, a SICK one!

Well, it happened. These people lied to get Robert convicted for a crime he didn't commit. Wondering if we have more? Of course.. but this should prove 1) they are liars and 2) we have EXACTLY what we say we have. In fact, we have documents that span well over a year. You would be surprised, or I'm sure Christine, Paula and Sara would be, of what we have accumulated as evidence.

Now, who's BS'ing? *laffin* Not us! Many, many, many documents have been turned in with the writ. One thing is for sure... the BEST is yet to be seen. The one that put the nail in the coffin for Christine, Paula and Sara. *laffin* We aren't going to put that one up here because we want to see them explain this crap in a court room.

Hey speaking of hiding, how about those that hide the truth.. you know.. lie. Well, there is a story I want to get straightened out right now. There is another lie being put out about Robert by Sara and Paula. They are telling people that Robert kept Sara locked up for a year and a half in a bathroom, feeding her nothing but ramen noodles, without the little seasoning packet and, if she wanted something to drink, she had to drink out of a faucet. Oh, but that changed too, she was allowed to have 2 gallons of water in the bathroom with her. *geeze* How stupid can you get.

Well, let me tell you something here. Remember Sara's journal we found? That's not what she wrote in there. She talks about going to a church, pigging out on lasagna and desserts. She also states she went back for seconds until her stomach hurt and how the little ole church lady told her how pretty she was. Sara, remember that or, do I have to post that, along with other entries in the journal. You know, where you were talking about.. uh.. kissing boys in parking lots that you didn't even know? Or a few other things.. in more detail. I could just post the journal. How about that? Oh, and you can't say the writings aren't yours because.. YOU SIGNED YOUR NAME AFTER JOURNAL ENTRIES.

Lie, after lie, after lie. When are you girls and your mother going to get it? Stop your damn lying! We have writings and as soon as everything goes through the writ.. I am going to start posting some of those writings so people can see we are not lying.. like you do on a regular basis. You would think, that with you could very possibly be facing, that you would stop the damn lying.

Trust me, I want to post a lot of the writings on the internet right now, but we've been advised by the attorney not to do it right now until things are said and done. I guess they don't want you to see what we have and prepare for your next set of lies. Which is okay with me. Eventually, I will put it all up here so the world, along with your "friends" can see what liars you are.

And, your children, you going to teach them how to lie too? I know.. if they end up with men that are not "their real daddy", they will try to put them in jail, just like you did Robert. Remember saying that Sara? Oh, that writing was confirmed too. That's right "I want him in jail because he's not my real daddy". That is what is said in a writing, dated shortly before Robert was set-up.

It is amazing what you can find when you keep on digging. Guess what we found now? An answer to a letter from FEMA. Christine.. remember the stunt with FEMA? Yep, back in 2001, you applied again for FEMA benefits that had already been paid to your mother, Barbara. Hmmmm.... Guess you'll see that again too.. along with the rest of the stuff.

As you know, the writ was filed. It was interesting reading, along with all the attachments.. you know.. the writings that were found. And, isn't it amazing how people come out of the woodwork. People that you haven't seen in a very long time. I'm sure Paula could remember a certain man. Oh, just in case you can't, let me help you. Jose, aka Alex. *laffin* It is surprising how much people are willing to talk about all the crap. Especially the ones you have done dirty, or ones that you "thought" were your friends.

Of course, it is amazing how much you both have lied to others... which can be proven by the evidence that has been collected. Can't wait to see their faces when they see all this crap and realized you have been lying to them all along, especially when you've talked them into defending you.

It is my understanding that the courts have 60 days from the date of filing for their ruling and, if all goes as expected, because there is no way they can read all that crap and not know you all lied, then we are going to ask for you all to go to prison THEN, you can stand out on the corner with your own little sign that says, "I'm a liar. I lied in the Harris County Courts to convict an innocent man of a crime he didn't commit.

10/01/10: Good evening citizens of Harris County, Harris County District Attorney's Office, University of Houston, Christine and Paula Trent (and let's not leave out Sara this time):

It has been an interesting day. Had some visitors from Harris County, a few in Houston and north of Houston oh, and a few from Dallas. Even had a nice phone call from the Dallas County District Attorney's office. Can you believe that? A call from the DALLAS County DA's office. Too bad that the citizens of Harris County can't get the same from the Harris County District Attorney's office. Well, let's see.. people are going to start campaigning for the District Attorney's office next year. My 15 minutes of time, well.. I can tell you it won't be wasted again the next round on someone who doesn't do what they promise. But anyways..

The call from the Dallas County DA's office had to do with the freedom march that we are putting together, which is going to happen on October 29th in Austin. Got some really great people who are stepping up to be speakers and I'm very happy about that. We will keep you posted on meeting location and events. The invitation is extended to all.. EXCEPT of course... Christine and Paula. *laffin* Don't need anyone there that lies to get people convicted of crimes they did not commit.

Now, let's do a bit of a refresher here.... Things are going GREAT! Had a chit-chat with Robert's attorney and he is VERY happy about the writ. Can't really go into a lot of the conversation because we don't want to give anything away at this point, but what I can tell you is, the writings and journals have been turned in with the writ as supporting evidence. This is because they contradict what was said in the protective order and the trial. Let me tell you something here... some people say they don't exist... trust me they do.. some people are calling us liars (of course it is the people who lied on Robert saying this).. trust me.. we're not.. *laffin* They say.. "we didn't write that"... trust me.. it has already been certified by a forensic handwriting analyst. SEE..... YOU DID..

Now, the question is... are you going to try to lie your way out of these too? The odds are so high... I placed my bet that you would. The forensic handwriting analyst even says here, that they are willing to testify to this fact in a court of law. hmmmm..... Oh, and Christine, I wasn't bluffing when I said I had a few other surprises for you to answer for. *laffin* I can't wait. The only thing that is hard on me right now is, the waiting I'm having to do before the day I can bust you for all your lies. Oh, and don't think for a moment I've forgotten Paula and Sara in all of this.

It is good to be home, even though I enjoyed spending time in Boise, Idaho with my friend.

Of course, I'm sure everyone has received the news about the writ, that we were not bluffing and it actually was filed. hmmmm.... Now, with all the crap that went on last December, Judge Velasquez will surely remember all the phone calls made to her office and when we went to visit her. Will Judge Velasquez's eyes pop out when she sees when she reads the writ? I'm sure. Think she will fall out of her chair when she realizes that she prosecuted the wrong person? I'm sure about that too. Oh, but there is still more to come. *laffin* I have MORE! It amazes me how stupid some people can be and I can't wait for her to see that too.

Let me tell you something.. stupid people.. when this is done.. there will surely be a suit filed on all of you. I have to be hesitate in how I address you all because the last thing I would ever want to call you is "women". Scum.. yes.. and a few other things. The courts, and your attorneys.. will surely know why we address you "liars" in the manner in which we do. Oh, that's right, because the writings PROVE YOU ARE LIARS.

Now, it is just a waiting game. Trust me, I don't think it will be too long. Then, we will demand your prosecution and drag EVERYTHING into court. Can't wait. Oh, and another thing. Now, for all of you who have wondered where I have been... just waiting and pondering.. I've been doing a lot of thinking since the writ has been filed.. you know.. the one with the writings we found after digging through all of the paperwork. Just curious.. now that you know we have found where you put everything in writing.. and you know we had the documents certified by a forensic handwriting analyst.. how does it feel to wait to see if you get that knock on the door? I can hear it know.. "open up.. this is the police". *laffin*

See, you were stupid. I do believe, when this is all over, that I'm going to submit this to the show that headlines the world's dumbest criminals. Still to this day, I can't believe that you would put all that crap in writing. When you compare it to everything else, it all falls into place.

Oh, and Christine.. I'm going to send a copy of what I have to Judge Cristina. You know.. after you were making all the statements about couldn't get pregnant and stated that Robert would never let you out of the house. I mean.. really???!!??? Walnut Park? Surely you remember.. Yep.. found that too. So, not only did you lie on Robert.. stole from him.. you cheated on him too. You totally lack for morals and ethics. And, your little writing about that guy was certified too. So, lie about that..

Just wanted to let you know that I'm still around and we are just waiting on the decision regarding the writ. When the judges read what Christine and Paula have done.. they will be as shocked as we were. To tell you something.. I showed those writings to a reporter, who's jaw just dropped. He told me that there was absolutely no doubt in his mind that you two set Robert up. And, I showed them to a few other people who have see a lot of the evidence and they came to the same conclusion. Now tell me, do you think those judges will come to the same conclusion?

And, for you that don't believe the writ was filed.. you just keep right on dreaming. I received the confirmation.

Anyone see the story on Channel 13, KTRK in Houston about Pat Lykos' first year? You know, the one where they are talking about fixing the rights in Harris County for the wrongfully convicted? "One thing I know, the state of Texas and any other state don't want to do is to admit they're wrong, or find out that they'd made this type of mistake, really," Green said.

Green's release is just one of a number of accomplishments Lykos says she's proud to highlight in her first annual review of the office.

"Justice is the highest good, and injustice is the worst of the bad," Lykos said. (Channel 13 KTRK)

Granted, Robert's case went through "post-conviction reivew". Oh, that was before ALL the writings were found and the writ was filed. Oh, did I tell you it all went in the writ? *laffin* Wonder what the judge, and the Harris County District Attorney's office, is going to say now, especially after they read all that stuff.

Right now, it is just a waiting game. Waiting for them to finish reading all that stuff. *sure wishing I was a fly on the wall watching them* TOO FUNNY!

I told you a long time ago, the truth always comes out, but honestly, that was before we found all the writings that you left behind when you cleaned out Robert's home. He said to tell you that he is angry that you would take advantage of a disabled man when he could not longer provide for you the way he used to. To put it bluntly, you're trash.

No one understands, but we, as a family does. We will see this to the end, which is not too far off. Everything is wrapped up in a nice, neat package. Never in my wildest days, did I ever think that people would be stupid enough to put their intentions in writing, but our "liars" did and, that is what is bringing the wrath upon them. There is no way that they can deny it, as everything has certified by a forensic handwriting analyst. It has been a long time, and we understand that the "wheels of justice" move slower in the opposite direction than they do when a person is getting prosecuted, but I'm sure no judge has ever seen where people write their intentions on paper. There is no doubt what the "liars" planned, or how they carried it out.

This coming Friday is the last part and ours is over. It is all going to the judge. Boy would I love to be a fly on the wall, to see her face when she sees everything we found. *laffin* Wonder what she is going to think of the state's star witness (liars) then... hmmmm....

I know you missed us over the last few days, but we have been VERY busy. I got the message delivered to me that the present for Christine and Paula will be completed next Friday, September 3rd. Going to go and tie a nice BIG bow on the package.. of course... a white package with a BIG "orange" bow. Hmmm.. colors of the county jail and state prison. Wonder what made me think of that? *laffin BIG time*

It has been a long time coming, but now, for sure, it is down to the end before the rest of everything goes to the judge for review. *laffin* Still thinking about the guy I presented everything to and he said there was no doubt that Christine and Paula lied. Will the judge see it the same way after reviewing everything? Yep, sure she will and, one thing is for sure, she is NOT going to be happy.. but WE WILL.

08/20/10: Good morning citizens of Harris County, Harris County District Attorney's Office, University of Houston, Christine and Paula Trent (and let's not leave out Sara this time):

There is a video we want to share with you, a story of a man that was falsely accused and wrongfully convicted based on the lies of his ex-wife. This woman destroyed her ex-husband's and child's life by her lies, but later was found guilty of perjury. After 6 years and $400,000 later, she faced the Lancaster Court for her lies and served 30 days in jail, 2 years probation and 300 hours of community service. Here is a remarkable story of a man who stood up for his rights, and the rights of his children.

The story of Robert McClendon is somewhat different, as I'm sure Mr. Flander's wife did not leave the evidence behind in her own handwriting like Christine and her daughter's. Here soon, after we finish one more step, everything that has been found that proves Robert was set up, will be presented. And, because in Texas, the Harris County District Attorney's office is not the only people who can take a case to the Grand Jury, all the information will be sent to the Grand Jury. I'm sure they will have the same reaction of the man that I met with a bit over a week ago, who stated that there was NO DOUBT in his mind that Christine and Paula lied to get Robert convicted of a crime he did not commit. It has been a long fight, but well worth it. The evidence will prove they are liars and Robert is innocent and justice will be served, hopefully, on a gold, not silver, platter.

Christine and Paula.. it's coming... and trust us.. if we can get Sara (which we do have some things from her) we will get her too for concealing a crime. Then there is the father and brother, who knew that Christine stole Robert's property and concealed that crime, but I have to say the brother, Gerald Jr. did snitch out on Christine. Or, how about the mother that lied and said Robert violated the protective order. The ONLY people we will not go after, is the ones who step forward and tell the truth before it gets to the final step.

I know that a lot of the process has taken more time than we expected, but trust me, we are not bluffing, just waiting for the slow hands of justice, but it is real and coming right at you.

08/07/10: Good afternoon citizens of Harris County, Harris County District Attorney's Office, University of Houston, Christine and Paula Trent (and let's not leave out Sara this time):

I actually took some time to watch TV today. I got into watching a movie called The Crucible. This is a movie about the Salem witch trials and I was surprised how much it parallels what goes on in our courts today. They took the word of a harlot, who is a liar, and they execute many based on these lies. They coerced people by torturing them until they confessed to crimes that they did not commit. But in the story, there was a man that would stand up and proclaim his innocence regardless of the courts threats or promises that they would "go easy on him". The lies from the harlot destroyed his, his wife's and his children's lives and the courts, because they did not do a proper investigation, imprisoned him and his wife. In the story, the man's wife tries to talk him into confessing to a crime he did not commit, just so their lives would be saved. You could see the desperation in these people as they fought against the stupid people who ruled the courts, taking the word of the liar. The man finally confessed to a crime he did not commit to save the life of his wife and children. He was forced to sign a false confession. He signed a false confession because his wife was told, if she convinced him to confess to a crime he did not commit, they would go home. After he signed the confession, he did not want to give it up because it had his name on it and he did not want his name tarnished, as it was the only name he had and he wanted it to stay good for his children. He chose to be executed by hanging instead of giving up his good name.

Does this sound familiar? Let me help you out here.. Christine and Paula lied to get an innocent man convicted, no other evidence. The innocent man stood up and proclaimed his innocence, but he was convicted anyway and now lives with his life destroyed, just like the man in the story. One thing is for sure, thank God we are not in Massachusetts, as Christine would have surely caused this man his life. One thing surely parallels, other than the lies of Christine and Paula, but the fact that the authorities and court did not do a proper investigation, but took the word of liars as evidence and, as in today's court, there was no other evidence but those lies.

Maybe our friends with the Harris County District Attorney's office should watch this movie. The story of what Christine, Paula and Harris County did, would surely be the modern day version of The Crucible.

Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen of Harris County. Today at 6:30pm central time, 5:30 mountain time, we will be on a talk show with Jim and Sharon Neidner. Jim and Sharon Neidner definitely "stand up for the people" and we are encouraging people to listen in on this show. We are going to discuss wrongfully convicted people in America and Robert's wrongful conviction by Harris County. If you want to understand what a wrongfully convicted person endures, tune in. We want every person to think about this, every time they are called to jury duty. Do not take this responsibility lightly, as a person's life depends on the final verdict. The decision you make will change a person's life forever. It has a rippling effect to their families. Make sure you are fully informed before you make the decision to convict and putting someone's husband/wife, sibling or wife/mother in prison, or even probation, for a crime they did not commit. Apply the same dedication you would expect if you, one of your children, spouses or parents were on trial for their lives.

First, we would like to congratulate Mr. Michael Anthony Green for finally being released from prison after 27 years for a crime he did not commit. God bless you Mr. Green. Here is the video of this man's release.

This man definitely deserves more than what is coming to him and we wish him all the best with his new found freedom.

For a moment, I want to talk about wrongfully convicted people here. Not all wrongfully convicted people spend time in prison, but they are in a prison without walls. They suffer financially, physically and spiritually. They can't get jobs, people shun them, they are humiliated and to top it all off, they have to pay fees to the county that did not do their jobs. People say, you should be lucky to not be in a prison, but where is the luck in being prosecuted and convicted for a crime that you didn't commit, while the real perpetrators walk the street. This continues because, no one will listen to you and say, if you weren't guilty, you wouldn't have been convicted. That is not true in Harris County.

Now, let me bring up something else here. Pat Lykos brags about this new Post Conviction Division she has established. Let's discuss that here for a minute or so. Mr. Baldwin Chin stated to me that he did not have the expertise to work on cases of aggravated perjury. How much expertise do you have to have to determine someone lied? "Had a gun, didn't have a gun". DUH? I'll leave it at that..

Then, a few short months after that, we find the proof that Christine and Paula lied and set Robert up. So, with DNA, you can free a man for a rape he didn't commit and, we would expect that Pat Lykos and Baldwin Chin will be able to read the writings of Christine and Sara Trent and finally see that the state's star witnesses lied. Hell, if Baldwin Chin can't tell from the transcripts, you will dang sure be able to tell it after reading it in the writings. Wonder how foolish those people at the Harris County District Attorney's office will feel after seeing those. Hmmmm...

One thing mentioned in the video, is the fact that the statute of limitations was long gone and they could not prosecute the men who actually committed the rape, but one thing is for sure here, the statute of limitations is not out for Christine and Paula. Got well over a year to prosecute them for their crimes. Pat Lykos wants to get perpetrators off the street, well here is her opportunity to actually do it.

Mr. Green, congratulations again, God bless you and we wish you a very happy life. Feel free to write us.. we would love to work with you to assist in freeing the wrongfully convicted.

In reviewing some additional paperwork, I found the voir dire list for the jurors in Robert McClendon's case. It reflects those that the attorneys choose to "strike" from pool of jurors. Interesting in the ones selected to be stricken by Rifi Newaz, the prosecutor from the Harris County District Attorney's office during Robert's trial. Attorneys, physicians, police officers.. interesting.. No doubt in looking at the strike list what Rifi's intentions were.. let's see.. those that understand the law.. understand that the man was disabled.. or how about police officers that understand that there has to be more evidence than a story that is so convoluted that no one can figure out what the deal is.. or wade through all the lies.. like the police officer that was on the scene and figured out real quick that Christine and Paula were lying.. the one that testified for Robert and Rifi Newaz called him a disgrace to his uniform. Bet Rifi wouldn't look at that officer the same way if his life was in danger. In fact, I would even go on to bet that Rifi would hide behind that officer and expect that officer to shield him. Let me add here, after finding all these writings that Christine and her little girls left behind.. I would say that Rifi, along with McClelland, are a disgrace to the the Harris County District Attorney's office and to the Criminal Justice System.

Oh, speaking of being a disgrace.. wasn't it Rifi Newaz who got busted from the court room? *laffin* Yep.. karma is a *itch.. isn't it Rifi...

Now, we are not going to tell you what we are up to now, but I would say that those familiar faces that Christine and Paula saw in court, will not look at them the same way ever again after they see what we have found. *laffin* It PROVES they lied and set Robert up. How stupid can people be? Well.. when we get this settled, we are going to put everything up on the website for everyone to take a look at and see what they left behind. Or, Christine and Paula.. shall we beg you again to sue us or, do you just want to wait until they come and get you for aggravated perjury? *laffin* Either way, it will come out. Actually, I would like you to sue us so we can counter sue you both.. and after we show what we have.. there is no doubt we would win. But honestly, I do believe this stuff will be settled before you could get the ink dry on suit papers. *laffin*

Today is Friday. That means we are down to within 7 days of getting everything to the court. All the evidence, to include the documents that were located in the boxes. It has been a long time, but the time is finally here. Seven days is nothing compared to the years we have had to endure fighting the lies of Christine and Paula Trent, but now, we have the transcripts, the writings that were found and transcripts from another source where it comes straight from the horse's mouth that Christine is nothing but a liar. What better evidence, than that from your own kid calling you a liar. That should be interesting. Not only does your own kid call you a liar, but a piece of sh*t. Now you can fill in the blanks. *laffin* Oh, and trust me, we have more than that. Wonder what the judge is going to think about that. Let's see.. fraud.. hmmmm... yep.. got that too.. the proof on paper.

Keep watching the website because, the day the paperwork goes to the judge.. it will be posted. Then, count your days down. The judge is going to be so angry with you two for the lies you have told.. and she is going to KNOW you lied because you wrote it on paper. I do believe I will submit this stuff to the "World's Dumbest Criminals". That should make a good show.

Now things are going to get interesting. The last stage is complete for review by the judge. That means.. count down! Yeah buddy! The judge will finally get to review EVERYTHING and see what Christine and Paul had planned all along. The judge will have to render a decision based on the new evidence that has been submitted. You know.. all the writings that were certified by the forensic handwriting analysis, along with a report being submitted to the judge. The judge is going to be horrified at all the evidence, knowing that an innocent man was set up. The judge is not going to appreciate being made a fool of. What's that old saying? I know.. "throw the book at'em!" *laffin* Let's see.. how much prison time can a person get for two offences of aggravated perjury in court? Long enough to make some very close friends in prison.. that's how long. Oh, and Christine and Paula.. I know it has been very difficult to get you up off your fannies to go to work, but they make you work in prison. *laffin* I know.. I used to work in them as Lieutenant. Then, you get to go to sleep with all your new friends. A warning.. sleep with one eye open. *laffin*

It has been a long time coming, but it is all finally at the bottom of the hill. Looks like we will be finished with this part before the property goes to court. Can you just imagine getting to haul people into the small claims court wearing orange? *laffin* Should be pretty funny.

07/09/10: Good evening citizens of Harris County, Harris County District Attorney's Office, University of Houston, Christine and Paula Trent (and let's not leave out Sara this time):

After just about losing all faith in the Harris County Criminal Justice System, my faith has been restored due to one judge, the HONORABLE Judge Kevin Fine. A county employee, Eloise Mireles and her husband, Daniel Mireles pled guilty to taking more than $250,000 in funds from the Victim's Fund. Not only did he give them 180 days in jail, he sentenced them to standing on the corner of Westheimer and Post Oak in Houston holding a sign admitting their crime. They are also required to put a sign in front of their house that says they are thieves. I could not have found the sentence more fitting.

One thing I do want to bring up here, is the statement made by the Harris County District Attorney, Pat Lykos. In another article published on this issue by Houstonpress.com, Pat Lykos stated, " I want people to know that we will not tolerate this behavior in Harris County and we will continue to vigorously prosecute offenders." Really??? Flying on the coat tail of Judge Kevin Fine's outstanding performance in the court room. Trust me, the HCDA has NOT vigorously pursued prosecuting criminals. They will not prosecute their own witnesses for aggravated perjury, even though the transcripts were taken to their office which proves that their witnesses lied in court to prosecute an innocent man. I say, Judge Kevin Fine should be the next Harris County District Attorney! At least, when he says he is going to do something, he does it. That is more than I can say for the one we have now.

One thing I want to see, is the face of HCDA Pat Lykos and Judge Vanessa Velasquez when they see the documents that we found. There will be no doubt about Christine and Paula's guilt of setting up an innocent man and stealing everything he owned. Not only do I want to see them in prison, they need to pay restitution and walk around with signs, along with planting one right in their front yard at 10122 Lasaber Court in Houston. Now that would be justice!

Time is running short for us and we feel that after all the documents are seen, justice will be served.

07/07/10: Good evening citizens of Harris County, Harris County District Attorney's Office, University of Houston, Christine and Paula Trent (and let's not leave out Sara this time):

As I sat here and watched the video I did, which was addressed to Christine and her daughters, I get angry. I get angry that someone could have no little of ethics and morals that they would ruin someone's life with their lies and have no conscious. I think that is because my mom, who is an absolutely wonderful woman, engrained in me to always do what is right. Don't lie, cheat or steal. All the things that I have seen happen in what Christine and Paula has done. Such disgusting behavior. You wonder how people could do such a thing and it not bother them, that is, until things happen to prove that they are the liars they are.

I made a couple of phone calls today to check on things and, after a very long wait, it is getting wrapped up. I can't tell you how that feels. We thought for sometime that it would finish sooner, but things come in God's time. That is what my mom always said, and in this case, very true. If things had not have been moving as slow as they have, we would not have found the documents. Thank you God.

I can't wait for others to see those documents. I think about what my family has been put through because of the lies Christine and Paula have told and it makes me want to cry, but then again, it makes me very angry. Where I would have had sympathy for them to go through a prosecution, if they had done the right thing, I find myself on the opposite end wanting them to be prosecuted to the maximum extent of the law. That is what would be fair in this case.

As I was watching that video where I was talking about prison, I remembered my times of working in the prisons. My last stint was in a women's prison. It was not pretty. I found it to be the worst duty I ever had. One thing about it, if a male inmate tells you he is going to do something to you, for sure, he is going to do it and you just better watch out. It is not the same in a women's prison. Those women inmates don't tell you crap, they just do it to you. I remember a time when an inmate was woke in the middle of the night because her face was getting sliced up by a razor blade by another inmate. It was one of the most horrible sites I had ever seen. Her face was slit wide open, to the bone. She never saw it coming. By the time the other inmate got through with her, she had over 85 stitches in her face alone, not even counting the fact that she was almost scalped. It was so bloody that I will always keep that memory. Do I wish that to happen to Christine and Paula? No, I would never wish for someone to be physically hurt like that, but that doesn't mean that I don't want them to go to prison. If they have to deal with people like that, well.. they only have themselves to blame. They could have lessoned the blow by admitting they lied, but no, they want to hold out until we drag all these documents in front of officials and make them come after them. That is their choice, I didn't do it, they did. Not smart, but what can you expect from a few uneducated idiots? You get what you ask for...

I'm going to be meeting with a couple of people this week to review and finish wrapping up things. Thank God I can see an end to this tunnel, and there is a light. Oh, but I do believe that is a freight train... Christine.. Don't say you weren't warned.

07/04/10: Good morning citizens of Harris County, Harris County District Attorney's Office, University of Houston, Christine and Paula Trent (and let's not leave out Sara this time):

Happy Independence Day! Well, it is for most, except for those who's Constitutional rights have been violated by the criminal justice system and, real criminals who lie in court, namely, Christine and Paula Trent. This is the ultimate violation of civil rights, the abuse of the criminal justice system to take away someone's freedom.

Even though Robert is not really celebrating this July 4th, his "Independence Day" will come on another day, which we will celebrate. That is the day when everyone gets a good look at the documents that we have found. The judge and prosecutors will realize that they have prosecuted the wrong person.

Yes, the wheels of justice move quite swiftly when they are looking at prosecuting someone, but move very slowly when reversing the wrongs that have been committed. The final paperwork is being prepared to be sent to the judge, along with the others that are sitting, pending the additional paperwork. They are not going to like what they see... Most of all... judges and prosecutors do not like being made fools of and punishment could not only come swiftly, but severe.

In the video I previously wrote about, the woman did not get as severe a punishment as she could have received. The reason is because she actually confessed to lying in the court to prosecute an innocent man. In the case of Christine and Paula Trent, the circumstances are quite different. They are going to wait until their butts are drug into court, which is going to anger the judge and prosecutors even more, pretty much assuring that the punishment will be much worse.

Oh, and you think that the statute of limitations is up? NOT! First, it is 5 years from the last offense, which is in September of 2006, which means, without the rulings by the Supreme Court, the statute of limitations would not run out until September of 2011. Then there is rulings of the Supreme Court, which extends the statutes even further.

Even with all of this, the writings, which have been certified by a forensic handwriting analyst, came at a very good time. Not enough time to prove Robert's innocence, but in time to bring it to the court that proves Christine and Paula set Robert up. The people I have shown these writings to ask, "How can someone be so stupid to put such a thing in writing?" My only answer to that question is, "Look at the caliber of people we have been dealing with, total idiots."

Things haven't been moving as fast as we would have liked but, one thing for sure is, it is moving and we are almost at the bottom of this hill. When it hits bottom, that will be Robert's Independence Day and, a day that Christine and Paula Trent will request that they ever put the wheels in motion that will cease their independence.

Oh, and Christine, I suggest you start saving your pennies for a criminal attorney because I'm sure that Ms. Heppard would not agree to defend you in a criminal trial when she finally sees (by the documents we have) that you are a liar and a criminal, not the "victim" you proport to be. We are just waiting on the court date unless, the criminal court gets their review done before you go to small claims. Just think, you could be brought into the small claims court in orange because, if you think for one minute we would drop the property case because you get arrested for lying in criminal court, think again.

06/26/10: Good afternoon citizens of Harris County, Harris County District Attorney's Office, University of Houston, Christine and Paula Trent (and let's not leave out Sara this time):

I was watching a video on ABC's 20/20 called "In an Instant". I suggest all watch this video. Here is the link.. http://abc.go.com/watch/2020/SH559026/VD5547550/in-an-instant The reason I feel that all watch this video, is because it could teach everyone a lesson. For Pat Lykos and the HCDA's that prosecuted Robert, it teaches that you can not take what people say at face value. There are some people that are flat out liars. They would lie when the truth would be better. They have no regard for the person's life, or the families they are destroying. They have no conscious and allow people to pay a price for their wickedness.

For Christine and Paula, it teaches you what your lies have done to Robert. A man who loved you with all his heart and raised you children as though you were his own, even when your own father had nothing to do with you. Of course, we find out later it is because your mother, Christine, lied on him too.

After everything we have been through with Robert, as I watched the video, I asked myself, could I forgive Christine and Paula for what they have done if they ever told the truth? I don't know. That is a hard question because it has gone on for so long. If they would have done so in the beginning, yes, but after all this time, well I don't know. I'm angry, not only for Robert, for all the people who suffer at the hands of the criminal justice system because of liars. I've talked to so many, listened to their stories and still, I find it hard to believe that people can be so wicked, black in their hearts, to use the criminal justice system to mistreat people. The very system that was set up to protect people, people now have to protect themselves from, along with the true criminals, the liars.

I've often wondered, how can Christine stand up in front of others and call Robert a convicted felon, knowing in her heart that he isn't the criminal she has persuaded people he is. How does Christine and Paula look in the mirror at themselves and not see the monsters that they are? To be honest, I would rather be a convicted felon, than known to be someone that is heartless, a liar, a person who destroys people's lives with their lies. I guess that would make Robert the better person.

As I watched the video, I found a small sense of renewal for humanity because the young woman would come forward and tell the truth, that the lies she swore to never happened. Even though this young woman is now a convicted felon, I have more respect for her than I could ever find for Christine and Paula. This young woman knows that one day, she will come face to face with God and would have already paid for the horrible crime of taking time from a man who did not deserve it. With all this, even though I don't like what she did to the man, I have a lot of respect for her. I, like her victim, wish her well. This is my lesson from the video.

They say the truth always comes to light. Let's see.. what is it that Pat Lykos said? "Sunshine is the best disinfectant." Is finding the old writings from Christine and her daughters in the box and bringing them out.. brining them into the sunshine? Yes. Nothing ever says buried in the closet, the skeletons always come out. Not only was Robert hurt by the fact that people he loved so much could do such a horrible thing to him, he finds out through all of the writings that Christine cheated on him while they were together. I don't think that there is another piece of this man that can be removed because Christine and her daughters have just cut every piece out of his heart. How do people do this? I don't know. I'm not cut from that type of fabric. Some people don't like me because I'm straight up, tell the truth and always let people know where I stand. The only kind of people who don't like people like me, is people who are liars, cheats and thieves, people like Christine and Paula.

With all the things that have been found, there is absolutely no doubt in my mind what transpired in that house where Robert, Christine, Paula and Sara lived. Robert was the victim of abuse, the worst kind, the use of the criminal justice system because people who did not want to be there just didn't have the courage to just leave because they just didn't want to be there anymore, because they lived with a disabled man, a man who could not provide for them as he used to and, what is his punishment for being disabled, he is set up, framed for a crime he did not commit. Christine, Paula and Sara, you should be ashamed of yourselves. For all of you that think about lying for them when court time comes, I would think twice about it, as there is evidence that proves what we are saying. Do you want to lie for them and put yourself in the same category as them, not to mention the possibility of getting charged with aggravated perjury yourself? Are they worth it? Personally, I don't think so, but that is a chance you take.

I was reading the article about the teenager, Chad Holley. I found it quite disturbing that officers, who swore to uphold the law and protect citizens, would beat this kid after handcuffing him. In my personal opinion, this makes them cowards. Should people who abuse others by using their position, a position where they have been entrusted with protecting others, serve the maximum punishment stipulated by law, or maybe double or triple, ABSOLUTELY!

It is also my personal opinion that if public servants prosecute people in our courts without doing their jobs, should serve the same sentence/punishment that is awarded to the innocent person once it is proven that the person is innocent, especially if it is blatant.

In the article, Pat Lykos, the Harris County District Attorney stated, ""People should know and they should be assured that the Houston Police Department and the Harris County District Attorney will thoroughly investigate and vigorously pursue those who abuse their positions of trust," District Attorney Pat Lycos said."

Now, let me tell you where I have a problem with this... "the Harris County District Attorney will thoroughly INVESTIGATE and VIGOROUSLY pursue.. that abuse their positions of trust."??? What about THOROUGHLY investigating cases that have been brought before her where it is clearly blatant that the state's witnesses lied to get an innocent man prosecuted? Isn't that abuse of "their positions of trust"? Doesn't the public "trust" that people who are elected into our public offices and who hire those to work under them, to do their jobs? Pat Lykos should be held just as responsible for the people who work for her that do not do their jobs to protect the innocent, as the Sgt. who was the supervisor over the officers who beat Chad Holley. After everything I have seen that has transpired in Robert's case, I put all those people in the HCDA in the same category as the officers who beat that teenager. Of course, this is my personal opinion, but if I show people what Robert's malicious prosecution has done to him and our family, I'm very sure I can convince people I am right in my opinion.

Now, what would she do to the people who don't do their jobs and the people who lied? Better yet, what is Pat Lykos going to do when she sees the writings from Christine Trent, which are certified? The writings prove Robert was set up. How many times was this case taken to the HCDA? Now there is more, more that proves what we have been saying all along. Yes, they will get there and I wonder what Pat Lykos is going to say then... I don't think she will be very pleased with Christine and Paula Trent. I won't bust on Pat Lykos anymore, as long as she does everything she can to give them the maximum sentence stipulated by law for aggravated perjury. Oh, and it sure wouldn't hurt my feelings either if Rifian Newaz was fired for not doing his job and maliciously prosecuting Robert.

Just finishing up a few things tomorrow and it is on its way to the judge. Hmmm.. wonder what that judge is going to say.. ?? Especially all the times that Christine and her family called that judge swearing Robert, or one of us were calling Christine.. etc. Bet she see Christine and Paula in a whole new light.

On the "Federal" note, yes, I informed Robert's attorney that I had all the proof that Christine has committed a federal crime. Just think, if the people in Pat Lykos' administration had done their jobs, they would have got them a seasoned criminal instead of an innocent man. Pat Lykos would have actually gotten the credit for that, but I guess she passed that one up. Heck, let the Feds get the credit.

I do believe that we had quite a few visitors to the website today. Good to see you got your message. Think we are kidding? NOT! Oh, and by the way, "Federal" does not mean "Harris County".. it means "Federal". And for our other visitors, if you would have paid attention, and done your jobs, you would have caught you.. oh.. let's see.. what did the lady say that I spoke with about this "Federal" crime you committed? That's right.. she called you a "career criminal". LMAO We talked about all the crap you have done, all the crimes you have committed. I don't think things could get any better! OMG! After some more digging through piles of paper, we find MORE! I do believe that this is one of the best ones. Can you say KARMA? *ROFLMAO* I could not wait to make some phone calls when I got those papers in my hands. I was so excited, I couldn't hardly sleep. Of course, I had to turn them over too.

Christine, let's put it this way, YOU ARE SO SCREWED! Ms. Heppard, or no other attorney can get your fanny out of this one. OMG! I can just see Heppard's face now! Maybe she will get to come see your fanny in jail to discuss your little petty property case. I had to ask if we could be there to watch the arraignment when they finish tying up their paperwork on you.

You know, Obama was, nor is not my favorite, but I can say that he did one thing right. He signed a bill that will extend the statute of limitations on this one and guess what? Yep, you guessed it, that means your "crime" is well within the statute of limitations! Too funny! Thank you Obama for signing that bill. You can do the research to find out which one I'm talking about and trust me.. I had (because I handed it over) ALL the PAPERWORK that proves you committed the crime! I saw something that Sara wrote on her MySpace page that I thought was quite interesting. "Life is not so much about what you have done but what you make out of it and what you learn from it." I wonder, with what they have done to Robert and hiding it, not telling the truth.. does this fall into it? There is something that Glenn Beck was talking about today.. honesty is the best policy. Now, that means, TELL THE TRUTH. It also means, if you know the truth, then you should tell someone. Do you withhold the truth, standing behind liars and telling the same lies? Is that "learning from it"? I don't think so. In fact, I think it is quite hypocritical.

You know, I believe in karma. When you do someone really wrong, it comes back at you. Maybe not exactly in the same way, but it does come back. Then there is the saying, "the truth always comes out". We found out more when we found all the writings. You know, the ones everyone will see again. Maybe that will be the lesson. DON'T FRIGGIN LIE!

Well, time has moved a little slow, but we have one more step before everything goes in front of the judge. I wish I was going to be a fly on the wall when the judge sees what we have found. I hesitate to use the word "ladies" because there are a few that I would NEVER call ladies and I surely don't want to ever give them the impression that I think that they are anymore than just.. trash.. on top of being liars, cheats and thieves. I'm sure after the evidence that we found is presented, that I won't be the only person that will come to the same conclusion. We are preparing for the court date. We have all the evidence, know the right questions (you know.. the damned if you do.. and damned if you don't ones).. just have to decide which order we want to present them to the jury.

What I want to see, is the looks on the members of Christine and Paula's family members when they see what we have. I'm just curious Christine and Paula.. did you lie to your family members too? Bet says you did and we'll know when we see the looks on their faces when they see what you have written in your own handwriting.. certified no less. *ROFLMAO*

Next, I want to see the look on Christine's attorney's face. Now that is going to be priceless. Bet says Christine has lied to her too. Yes, all that evidence has been turned over and we are just waiting. Maybe we will get lucky and they will have Christine and Paula's butts in Harris County orange jumpsuits coming to court. That is how bad it looks for you two right now. We have ABSOLUTE proof that you set Robert up. GET IT? ABSOLUTE PROOF THAT YOU TWO SET ROBERT UP. Know what that is? Oh.. that's right.. a FELONY! If you don't believe me.. I now have the transcripts. It is amazing what you can get with a subpoena. You can get all kinds of stuff... useful stuff... what is even better, is if you try to lie your way out of it. No doubt that you will try.. but I will guarantee you, by the time we get through, the jury will see you in the EXACT light that we do, along with all the rest of your "victims".

Oh, and that judge you kept calling saying that we, and Robert, were calling you (when you know damn well and good that was a damn lie like all the rest).. wait until she sees what we found. I do believe she is going to be pissed as hell at you for all the lies you and Paula told in that court because she is going to know for sure you set Robert up... you lying piece of crap.

I know.. it has been a few days since you've heard from me, but I've been really busy. Roger and I was talking about some of the things we found out and were laughing about the fact of how we CAN nail everyone down. Too funny! I can't wait to ask the questions... get the answers.. and then prove they are liars with what we have found. The ONLY way that they would not be proven to be liars will be that they tell the truth. Hmmm.. wonder what that will cost them. Either way.. the looks will be PRICELESS! Trust me, we are not going into this unarmed.. definitely not like the last time. The only people that will be blindsided this time, is Christine, Paula.. a few other of her family members.. and of course.. don't leave out the attorney.

I was talking to another attorney today and told him what we had and he just busted out laughing. He said he wanted to come to "the show". He said after he has seen everything, he wouldn't miss this one for the world because he wants to see the look on the attorney's face. *LMAO*

Let me give you a hint of what is going to happen. Ever heard of "damned if you do, damned if you don't"? It won't matter how the questions are answered, either way it will be bad. *ROFLMAO* I guess that is what they call getting your butt backed up against the wall.

One thing is for sure.. try to lie in this court.. we will PROVE you commit perjury. The ONLY way out, is to tell the truth.. but then again.. that will get you in some hot water too. OMG! Can it get any better?

Can things get any better? When I was at the attorney's office yesterday, he was saying it would be great to have something that shows that something was pawned or sold. Well, of all the things.. then a receipt for a gun gets found, with a serial number on it. Yep, it is being traced. This will show that Robert purchased it, it was sold, etc.. yep.. serial numbers register with the sheriff's department and wa-la! The search for the gun starts tomorrow, and with technology, can definitely be tracked. I was told that they located a computer, stolen in Florida, and sold in Houston. Imagine that. Now, just think of the regulations regarding registration of weapons. Hmmmm.... Try lying your way out of that one. Oh, besides, didn't Paula already say all of you were liars?, of course regarding her family. *laffin*

Life is good! Have one more meeting with the attorney tomorrow to tweak the habeas. That means.. ta-da.. the last step is completed and it gets filed. Good to see that is coming, but I'm sure that there are a few that won't be so happy.

Oh, I would like to thank all of the people who have sent me wonderful comments on the last video. Thanks! I think I might have gotten the point across, but when I look at those women's mentality, it would be highly doubtful. I would have to take it down a lot of notches to get to the level that they could possibly understand. Maybe that would be an encouragement for them to go and get some education, but that is highly doubtful also. They would have understood the lesson.. guess they will have to get it another way.

Speaking of lessons.. Remember Mister Rogers' Neighborhood? Can you say "suh-pee-nuh"? Let me help you out here.. subpoena is defined as: "noun - The usual writ for the summoning of witnesses or the submission of evidence, as records or documents, before a court or other deliberative body." (www.dictionary.com). To break it down for dummies, this is a piece of paper filed to get a court order to make someone produce evidence. Some of the things that can be acquired through a subpoena are phone call records, emails, transcripts, oh... and social networking transcripts like Facebook or MySpace (which stay on servers for a very long time.. that's how they catch predators).. let's see.. how about something such as statements made by Paula Trent regarding her mother and her family.. hmmmm... yes.. that could be acquired.. such as..

How about Paula talking about how her family members being liars.. this is interesting.. the pot calling the kettle black.. *laffin*

I have not read through all of this, but it is amazing what you can find in transcripts. I wonder what else is in all these thousands of pages.. hmmm... here is an interesting one.. This is where Paula is expressing her opinion of her mother.. OMG! *laffin* I know.. I know.. overlook her lack of ability to spell.. *laffin* could it be she was drunk.. or just smoking her weed.. or just uneducated, which she can thank her "mom" for... Christine.. guess we now know what your child thinks of you.. *laffin* Her opinion of you is no different than ours, so maybe she is on the right track.. for once.. but has a LONG way to go.

Really can't put more on here because we have to save some for court.. but WOW! The people who come out of the woodwork! How about the double agents? You know.. those who think that their antics will never come out into the open.. Interesting.. but.. some don't understand.. there is a difference between a double agent and a mole.. I do believe that has to do with the fact that "both" organizations trust the person.. "trust" being the key word here. Just in case some don't get it, a mole is defined by the dictionary as spy who operates from within an organization, against his or her own government from within its intelligence establishment, or against their own people. You would think, if they were really smart, that they would know that eventually their actions would be exposed.. hmmm...

I know.. you haven't heard from me in a few days. Life gets busy as you know. Yes, we had a bit of a stall, nothing major, like getting set up for a crime you didn't commit, just little stuff. When you are leading an honest life, like working for a living and not leaching off the taxpayers.. and scamming people.. things do get busy. But, things are back on a roll. That is a good thing. On top of the phone call conversations with a couple of reporters, informing them of what we have found, it was decided that this case is going back to the Harris County District Attorney's office. Wonder what they are going to think of the letters and journals? Hmmm... bet they see it like everyone else does.. that Christine and Paula set him up? I'm sure...

Now, with that being said, wonder what Pat Lykos is going to think. There is all this stuff on the internet about going after people who don't stop at an accident, failure to stop and render aide. What about letting people lie in court and then their confessions come out in letters, journals and transcripts? What about the fact that they are certified to be the writings of the people who lied in the court room? Imagine the publicity Pat Lykos could get off of that... When does campaigning for re-election start? *laffin* That is when you seem to get the most progress out of people who have, or trying to be elected, to a public office. They want to make a name for themselves.

Well, nice to see you are visiting on a regular basis! Do you really think you are going to find out what is going on, or what we found? Let me tell you right here and now.. NOT GOING TO HAPPEN! I will tell you again, the habeas is getting filed with the writings we have found, that have been certified by a forensic handwriting analyst, that were written in letters and journals. You are stupid for putting it in writing. I just sent the attorney an email telling him what you have put Robert, and our family through and I will not rest until you all are prosecuted for what you have done. The difference between before, when we were arguing with the Harris County District Attorney's office, and now, is that we have proof. You can not lie you way out of your own writings. Like Roger said, it is like throwing your driver's license on the counter of the bank, after you rob it. You are just going to have to sit, wait, wonder, but most of all, get scared... IT'S COMING!

Yes, we understand it is going to take a bit of time for it to go through the habeas process, but I can tell you, when Judge Velasquez, and the Harris County District Attorney's office, reads what you all wrote on paper, it will make them fall out of their chairs. They will feel like I did when I was called and told what was found, and they were read to me, I started shaking because I could not believe what you all had written and left in that house with all the other trash. Today was another incredible day. I met with Robert's attorney and he is so positive about the habeas! We would like to extend a special THANK YOU to Christine and Sara Trent for all the writings and journals left behind in the home after the little stunt of setting Robert up. Also, it is amazing what the little of things tell. What might not seem like anything to someone, can definitely make a BIG difference in the way a case is viewed, or what it reflects. For that, we have to extend a big THANK YOU to Paula Trent for screwing that one up.

Things are definitely on the go now. The attorney did explain that it is going to be a bit of time waiting, but that is okay. When you look at it all, you don't mind a little time. It is what we expect after the fact, we expect all of them to be prosecuted for what they have done and now, for what we can prove by the writings.

I wonder, do they remember what they wrote? Probably not... they can't even remember what they have told from one court appearance to the next. What I want to see is.. when they are questioned about the writings, and they try to lie about it, that it will one absolutely prove that they are liars and next, that they are stupid for putting it on paper.

Again.. A BIG THANKS TO CHRISTINE, PAULA AND SARA! You put Robert in this mess.. and all these writings of yours will surely get him out of it. One point I want to bring up here.. after we get all this settled with Robert, we are definitely going to be filing against every one of you for defamation.. and all the damages. Good morning boys and girls! Life is good... Roger and I was just talking today about something and I thought that I would post it up here to see what you thought. Do you know when someone is full of crap and that they are liars? Roger told me he knew exactly when you could tell. It is when a people dish out as much crap and there isn't a lawsuit filed against us. We have said... etc.. about as much as we can towards people and none of them have stepped up with a lawsuit. You know why? We do.. it is because they KNOW what they did.. they are liars.. and they don't want it to come out more. Oh, but too late! We found the documents and journals! I guess that means that the tide has turned and we get to file the civil suit. Imagine that.. That means, what you tried to avoid by not filing a lawsuit.. we get to bring out when we file one.. and if you think I'm joking.. guess again. One thing is for sure, if we were on the opposite end, and someone had done to us, what we have done, a lawsuit would have been filed.

I spoke with the attorney again. The habeas is ready to be review. NICE! We are getting together and it will be filed this next week. Want to make sure we get it all the points in there about what is on the documents and what they contradict in the protective order and trial testimony. I wonder what the good ole judge is going to think about this stuff. Now you know, when a habeas is filed, the D.A.'s office gets to see this stuff. *laffin* Then, I do believe we will have it personally delivered to to a retired prosecutor, just to show him that he prosecuted an innocent man.

There is another thought.. when people used to hunt many years ago, they would set fire to the forest or weeds to drive the animals into the open so that they could shoot them. Wonder what, or who, would be driven out into the open if we did something like that... hmmmm..... yep.. guess we are going to have to set a fire in the weeds too, and I have the perfect idea! LMAO I do believe I'm going to have to get the attorney to work on that too. Shouldn't take too long with a subpoena.. which we could surely get with the other new stuff I have... Today was a very good day! I spoke with the attorney that I handed all the documents to in order for him to file the habeas. It looks good.. no.. it looks great. I am very excited about that predetermination. Now, why don't we talk about that for a moment.. Let's see, he and I are going to go over the habeas the first of this next week to make sure all the points are made. Then it will be filed. Then we get answer.. which right now looks like we will get a positive answer. Now, let's see.. once we get that.. then the small claims will follow, which we will also be able to prove all the lies that Christine has told about the property. (it is going to be real funny to see the look on her face when she sees what we have found) I am definitely going to be there to see the look on her attorney's face when she sees some of this stuff we found.

After all this is over.. then another suit will be filed for all the damages that have been incurred because now we can PROVE all the lies. Christine.. Paula.. and the rest of you... did you REALLY listen to what Roger said in his last message? I hope so because we are going to legally go after you all for what you have done. There won't be an attorney that will want to touch you with a ten foot pole after they do discovery because they will KNOW you are liars and there is no way to win a case for you. In other words.. YOU'RE SCREWED. And, it is all due to the fact that you left all those documents in the house when you left. That was because you were too busy being malicious and stealing everything Robert owned after you set him up. There is not a jury that will believe a word you have to say, and they will have no pity on you. In fact, they will want to nail you to a wall after they see the documents and hear what you have done.

If you didn't want to be with Robert, you should have just done the proper thing, told him and then left, but you chose to do one of the most malicious things you could ever do to someone, you tried to ruin his life forever, thinking that we would never come after you all. There comes a time when people just have to say what is on their mind. After finding all these documents, and having them analyzed by a forensic handwriting analyst, Roger decided he wanted to say what was on his mind.. why not? If you've never listened to anything, you better listen to what Roger has to say. You can lie to your friends.. and members of your family that don't know any different, but trust me, the documents don't lie.. unless you lie to yourself.. since YOU wrote them yourself. Listen and pay close attention.. Roger is not BS'ing you..

And, let me give you, and a few of your friends or followers, a message from me.. the documents, and the rest of the information I have acquired over the last few months, has gone to the attorney for the habeas writ to be filed. There is absolutely no stopping it now and, it will not be stopped, dropped or however way you want to put it. I am the person who has paid the attorney therefore, I am the ONLY person who can fire the attorney, and that is NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. We are taking this all the way, as far as it can be taken. Let me tell you, if a new trial is awarded, which we see no reason why it wouldn't after the documents that were found and certified, then we are going to do everything we can to make sure you all are prosecuted for aggravated perjury. Then, we will file a civil suit on you for what you have done and do our best to take everything from you that can possibly be taken. If there is anyone who wants to join you in your little farce, I have no problem including them. That's not a threat, but a promise. Anyone who knows me, knows I do not break promises.

Today was a good day. I finished organizing all the information I have collected over the last few months, which included the documents found, and had them delivered to the attorney. I can not even tell you how great that felt. We all talk about how someone can be so stupid to leave all those writings behind, or how easy it is to get information. I am amazed.

It should not take long for the attorney to put it together and get it presented. It can't come too fast for me. One thing is for sure, with everything that has been found, I can tell you we are contemplating filing a civil suit for what Christine, Paula and her family has done to ours. People should have to deal with the consequences of their actions and we will have no problem taken it to court now with the documents and journals that have been found. Christine, you know how we are. If we tell you we are going to file another lawsuit on you, count on it. Maybe this time they will be delivering you to the courtroom dressed in orange, of course with Paula at your side. Then after that, you can pay restitution for the rest of your natural lives. We will pray that you both live a very long time.

In the beginning, it was very hard to get people to listen because Robert had been convicted based strictly on the testimony of Christine and Paula. Let's see, could they get away with telling the same lies now? The answer is DEFINITELY NOT! I want to see them get on that stand and lie because the documents and journals say something totally different. *DUH* Yeah, I can see that one now. *laffin*

Then, we found a book that describes the situation even more, since we dug through boxes and boxes of paper that were removed from Robert's home when he left. This is taken from a writing of Delamer Duverus..

Looks like we had visitors today! Welcome back University of Houston... and Sara! Checking to see if we put anything up for you to see? Nope. We think everyone is entitled to a few surprises in their lives. That makes life interesting.

Did a bit of checking on the court date for the property in the small claims. Yes, we found out it could be July before it is scheduled. We thought we would hold out a couple of months before filing the habeas, but we are not going to wait that long. We have enough to file right now, which we decided to go ahead and get done. But, let me tell you.. that does not mean we are dropping the small claims suit. Nope, going to go ahead and go through with that. Just things will happen in a different order than we wanted, but what the heck... the result will be the same.. all the crap is going to come out. Oh and with this stuff, we have already invited a few people to the court so they will know for sure that Christine and Paula have been lying their fannies off all along.

Ms. Heppard, good luck defending Christine.. you are going to need it. Oh, and just a friendly reminder.. there is no motion for discovery. The change of venue was only a slight inconvenience, but remember, it can't be delayed forever. Eventually, the day will come that it will come to court. I do believe that your students will get a lesson from this case, there is always two sides to every story. He who speaks first, is not always the innocent one. HAVE FUN!

*DUH* Oh right, that is the sound you make when you have nothing left to say. *laffin* I've just had some time to sit down and think about the reaction of people over these documents because if nothing else is believable, it being in the person's own writing sure tells a lot. I think about the people that they have lied to, everyone from family, officers, prosecutors, judges, jury and others, that they call "friends". I think about how people felt sorry for them because they told such a line of crap. Do you think that all these people are going to be angry that they have been lied to? Sure they would be, unless they are not real smart.

Our mom always told us, things come in God's time. I guess God thought it was time. He gave everyone time to step forward and do what was right and when they didn't, he decided they needed their lesson in life. That is when we got our "presents". Thank you God!

To add insult to injury, we decided to carry through with the property suit in the small claims court. And if you don't think we don't have something interesting for that one, I got news for you. This is going to be classic and, we are going to ask for court of record so that we can catch that one for replay, over and over again. That way, we can get a good laugh many times over. Wonder if we can take a video camera so that we can catch the look on Christine's attorney's face when she see some of this crap. Interesting... That look will be priceless! Let's see.. committing a crime and getting away with it, cost of at least $50,000 to the family of the victim... Cost to the citizens of Harris County.. at least $50,000.. Cost to Christine and her family for leaving the evidence behind... priceless.. or maybe not.. could cost them some prison time. *laffin my butt off*

I'm sure everyone is wondering what transpired this morning. I spent three hours with the attorney this morning and as I suspected, as soon as he read what I brought to him, I thought he was going to fall out of his chair. The first thing out of his mouth was, that the writing needed to be reviewed by a handwriting analyst to determine the writing. I told him I already beat him to that and handed him the report from the document examiner. He was like, OMG!! These writings tie up so much of what we have said all along, they contradict what was said in the protective order and the trial. It also contradicts what was told to some officers and judges along the way. Interesting. I know one thing, I will sleep better tonight than I have in a very long time. Sunshine is the best disinfectant? Yes it is. When people see this stuff in a court room, there will be no way to lie their way out.

They say the truth always comes out eventually, we just didn't know that Christine, and her little family members, would put the truth in writing. Let me extend a VERY BIG THANK YOU for doing that.

After receiving the letter from the document examiner (below in the next message), I am off to meet with the criminal attorney this morning. And yes, they do meet with people on Saturday. This should prove interesting. I can't wait to see his face when he sees this. *laffin* Too funny. The question is, with this, and the other evidence I have managed to acquire, how are things going to be viewed now. I do believe I have the answer to that. There will be NO question in anyone's mind that Christine and Paula lied in court. But, let me bring something up here. At first, we considered on whether Sara was innocent in all this and had discussed many times how sorry we felt for her, that we believed she was just a victim in all of this. But, now we know for sure that she was not, but went along with the crazy story that her mother and sister had come up with to set Robert up. Yes, there is evidence to this. Sara could have done what was right and told the truth, but she chose not to, so now, we have no problem including her, as our feelings about her involvement have definitely been changed by what we have found.

Then, there is the Harris County District Attorney's office, who would not listen and try to help. They are definitely going to get a different view when they view these documents, and the opinion of the document examiner. How will they explain the fact that they did not do their job and took the side of liars, cheats and thieves? Can you imagine the anger when they realize that they have been made fools of? *laffin*

It has been a really good day. I was thinking through the day that people are probably questioning the fact of whether we really had documents, or if we were lying, like some people we all know. So, after thinking about it, I thought I would put up something. Not going to put up where it came from, or the documents it is referring to, but here is the opinion from the document examiners, who I have to tell you have impeccable credentials, which are beyond reproach.

Anyone want to question as to whether we really have documents, or the fact that they have been to document examiners now? The report that this snippet came from, along with the documents, will be delivered. These documents PROVE that there was a premeditated plan to set Robert up for an aggravated assault and all the people that were involved. Trust me, there will not be anyone left out.

Good evening ladies and gentlemen! I thought I would throw some bread crumbs out there since there are people waiting, or should I say wanting, to know what I have in my hands. Since boxes have been dug through, there seems to be more and more that comes out. Right now, I would really like to say something to someone because there were a couple more things that came to my attention, but I decided to hold it and take it to the attorney tomorrow and see what he has to say about it. The more we dig, the more that comes out.

Now, let's talk about the writings. I have writings from both Christine and Sara. It has been determined that the writings are those of two people. Imagine that. Guess that tells you something, doesn't it. Those are going to take them to both attorneys. I can't believe all the lies that have been told and then find all this crap that totally contradicts what has been said in the protective order and the courts. It's pathetic that people can be so stupid, that you tell them that you have the goods on them and they think we are bluffing. No one can be that stupid, but then again, with the actions, or lack of action, seen, there is definite proof that there are stupid people in the world. There should be a law against stupidity. Then, there are people who actually believe these lies, even though there is definite proof that this was nothing but a set up on Robert. Now there is even more proof.

Is it questionable as to whether we have possession of anything. Well, you've seen a couple of snippets of a couple of the "mild" documents. But, let's see if we can play another guessing game. Does Celine Dion mean anything to anyone? How about the purse, make-up and Celine Dion perfume for birthday presents. Yes, you know that came out of a journal. I don't want to let out everything, just something that tells someone that I truly have something that used to belong to them. Actually, there are four journals. Let's see. Documents. Yes, I have PILES of them and really are not going to let out what those say because I want to see Christine's face when she sees those again. The first when she wrote them, the next when she sees them in court. And Paula, don't worry, we are not leaving you out. See, your mother and sister wrote things about you that backs up what we have said all along. You can thank them for that.

I am curious to know what lies are going to be told now. I've read some ridiculous things and, as I read through these journals and writings, it becomes even more ridiculous. I did find a few more things that have someone else's writing. Trust me, it doesn't look good either. Now, all we have to do is to pin down the writer of those documents.

Anyway, with all that being said, I have decided to hold out and take them to the attorneys. I'm going back to reading some more of this crap to see what, if anything, I've missed.

03/22/10: Good afternoon citizens of Harris County, Harris County District Attorney's Office, University of Houston, Christine and Paula Trent:

I did as I said I was going to do. I called Pottawattamie County this morning and inquired about filing some papers in their District Clerk's office. Amazing what you find out when you make phone calls. How about other police reports in the name of Sara McIntosh? Anyway, I spoke with them and found out how much it would be to 1) get a copy of the police reports there and 2) send in documents to be filed. I guess I will be mailing them with a check in the next day or so, of course with the document examiner's report. See, people think I am just bluffing them, but I guess they will find out I'm not.

Oh, and yes, I spoke with both attorneys this morning and told them what I have in my hands. They both laughed their butts off and were in shock that someone would actually leave such documents with that kind of information in them. As they said, "stupid people". I agree. I have a meeting with one on Friday and with the other one on Saturday morning. This is going to be fun!

Today is another day that brings new presents and surprises. The decision was made because of someone's actions, that the documents they were warned about will be sent out. They think we are bluffing, but we are not. You would think someone would be smart enough to realize when someone is serious or not, but evidently they are just stupid. So, I think we'll just go ahead and do it since they are not going to do what is right. I really believed, that if I put up a few snippets from a couple of the documents, that they would actually believe what I was telling them, but I guess they are just dumb and think I won't do it, let me tell you, think again. If I tell you I am going to do something, I will do it or, if you think you can lie your way out of them, you can't. So, there you go. The lies are exposed in these documents and if it takes dragging someone's fanny back into court, or dragging their fanny out of Iowa as an accessory, I don't have a problem with that. Sara, you're annoyed? You better be scared, along with your mother and sister.

Documents are going to be sent to the courts, D.A., police officers and to Iowa. I get tired of messing with idiots and trying to give them the chance to do what is right. Of course now, they are probably thinking, or telling others, that the documents were forged. That is the reason we are having them certified by a document examiner. This PROVES that the handwriting belongs to Christine and Sara. Of course, we have come up with a few other things I do believe that people will be interested in seeing, which will go out today too.

Oh, and if you decide to call the judge, go for it because I will personally take those documents with me to prove you set Robert up.

03/21/10: Good morning citizens of Harris County, Harris County District Attorney's Office, University of Houston, Christine and Paula Trent:

There are some days when people just don't get it and do not seize an opportunity when it comes their way. We decided to help them out anyway. The documents that we have found, will be sent to a District Clerk miles away to be filed. This will be available for the courts to pull for court actions. And, when an attorney pulls up a name, up will come the documents. In fact, since everyone has a duty to protect a child, I do believe that the documents need to be sent to Child Protective Services in Iowa. I guess we should thank Christine and Sara for keeping such accurate records.

03/20/10: Good evening citizens of Harris County, Harris County District Attorney's Office, University of Houston, Christine and Paula Trent:

This is a snippet of what Christine wrote to the Tri-County Mental Health Center about her daughter Sara. Of course there is more of this.. three pages, as a matter of fact. As you notice, there is a statement in here about Sara's feet where she picks them raw. This contradicts what Christine said in court transcripts. This is because of someone having a very bad temper. When Sara got angry at people, she would go into their homes and urinate on their furniture, floor and carpet. Can you just image a 16 year old girl doing this in your home and, not just your home, but your mother's also? This is just some of the crap Robert had to put up with while raising these girls. The three pages talk about all the things she did. Now mind you, this was written right before they set Robert up for an aggravated assault.

Today, we decided to give someone some very sound advice. It is good sometimes to let people know where they stand. Of course, it is in someone's best interest to take good sound advice, and also to be able to determine when someone is bluffing, which we are not. We DO have the documents and, if someone thinks for a moment we don't, they are sadly mistaken. They are being certified by a handwriting analyst and will stand up in court, any court. I'm sure that there are people who would be very interested in these documents and upon receiving the certification, we would not have a problem sending them. I'm sure they would be a very welcomed surprise. Wouldn't you like to know what they are? Oh, you will, don't worry. We are keeping them under wraps until they get brought into court. You lie, then you will have a big problem because, there are things in the documents, in YOUR handwriting, what has happened. No way around it. Can't lie your way out. There are going to be some special guests invited to the court who would love to see the documents and you lie. Going to be good. If any of you believe for one moment that we don't have something, you are sadly mistaken.

03/16/10: Good evening citizens of Harris County, Harris County District Attorney's Office, University of Houston, Christine and Paula Trent:

It is amazing what each day brings. I got a phone call today, with someone telling me that there is more writings by Christine. I had them sent to me and I could not believe what I was reading. This is even more that contradicts what Christine and Paula told in the trial. I have never seen people who write down everything and, to make it worse (on them) they just left it, like a robber who robs a bank and leaves his drivers license on the counter with a note that says "come and get me". Stupid people. I was thinking, after all this is over, that I'm going to submit this story to the show, "The World's Dumbest Criminals".

I heard from the document examiner today. I was told that their job is complete and they are getting the second opinion, which I understand is what is done to assure that their work is accurate. That tells me that there is only a couple more days before I get the treasure in my hands to take to the Harris County District Attorney's Office. Imagine that. I will take those, along with the other writings that were found, verified to be the writings of Christine and Sara Trent. I do believe that this is going to be quite interesting. Wondering what the District Attorney is going to think when she reads the notes, letters and journals. Oh yes, and a few other interesting things that proves Christine is a thief. And yes, Ms. Heppard is going to see these in court too. This will prove Christine, and her family, are liars and thieves. I can't wait!

I don't think Ms. Heppard is going to find these things as humorous as we do and, I can assure you that Christine and her family won't either.

We should be posting, in a couple of days, the results from the handwriting analysts! I'm sure they will come out as we believe because there is no doubt who's writings they are, we just want it verified and ceritified.

03/13/10: Good morning citizens of Harris County, Harris County District Attorney's Office, University of Houston, Christine and Paula Trent:

I know everyone is anxiously waiting to know about the certification of the documents from the handwriting analyst. We are still waiting too. One thing is for sure, we have complained so much about people doing their job, that we surely will not complain about the handwriting analyst doing hers. We are willing to wait and assure you that we will post the results as soon as we receive them. The person who is doing the handwriting analysis has an impeccable resume and know that their findings will surely stand up to scrutiny, so we are willing to wait.

And, for those who make an attempt to lie their way out of this, there will be none of that because it will be verified so, just stand back. These writings tell of your cheating and lying and it puts glue on the story and why you set Robert up. There will be no denying it. So, we suggest you tell your University of Houston attorney the truth because I assure you, she will know when all the documents are brought into court and she sees exactly what you are, a liar. After that, I can tell you, she is not going to like you, or your family, very much. Nothing like an attorney/professor being made a fool of in front of her students and she will surely chew your fanny out like the prosecutor in the Protective Order hearing did.

Oh, and let me tell you something else. Those documents surely bring in motive and reasonable doubt so, guess what that means... You and your daughter will come under scrutiny because no one will believe your lies anymore.

Well.. well.. well.. someone wants to play cat and mouse games. Yes, I personally spoke with Robert's probation officer, who informed me that someone wanted to call and tell her Robert was outside his bounds because he was living with his girlfriend. She told me, it didn't matter, that Robert was not under a mandate, so your little stunt didn't work. *laffin* I told her about the documents I have, and that they are being reviewed by a document examiner, that proves Robert's innocence, and that I would be more than happy to furnish the documents as soon as I get them verified. And, she is going to record any other phone calls coming in on him because she knows what is going on, because I told her. So, go ahead and do it again so that charges can be filed on you. Trick or treat!

Good morning boys and girls. We are still patiently waiting for the results from the document examiner. Remember the message earlier on 3/2/10? Well, we included that document too for verification. Doesn't that little statement say a lot? If you think that one does, then you should see the others we found. *laffin* They say a whole lot more than just that! As soon as we get the results, it will be posted. One thing is for sure, as soon as we get the results, it is going to the authorities. These documents tell a story. You know Christine, like your little trip with your lover boy while you were with Robert.. Let's see, you are a thief, a liar and a cheat, and we HAVE IT ALL! Try lying your way out of these, considering they are in your own handwriting.

One thing we did notice. When the message from 3/2/10 was posted, Paula just disappeared off her MySpace. Imagine that! Running? You should be, along with your mother. I guess when your mother said, "Run baby girl, run.. " You might take heed to her advise there.. Oh, we would like to know if you broke out a new pair of pink fluffy socks...

And Sara, thank you for your remarks in the journals! Those were VERY HELPFUL! And by the way, have you stopped by the store and picked up a new bag of diapers? Remember you pooping in your pants at 16 in Big Lots, because you were mad, and stinking up the store to embarrass your mother and Robert.. do you still pitch those "nasty" fits? Yes, we have that by your own admission in a journal and letter. Now think of this.. a man takes on a woman and two unruly girls, which he raises.. then they turn on him when they are grown. Now that's gratitude for you! And, there is more in the journals that contradict your mother's and sister's stories in the court room. That's nice..

With all these writings, I can see a few things... One, they will pick up your mother and Paula, and you for concealing a felony or, two, the writings will go into a habeas and a new trial will be conducted, or they will drop the charges all together against Robert and prosecute all three of you. Wonder which one it will be?

I can't wait to see the faces of the D.A.'s when they see these writings, of course, that will be after they are verified by the document examiner.
