FEATURED CASE

Robert McClendon

This is the case that was prosecuted by the Harris County District Attorney's office.  Robert McClendon was convicted on the perjured testimony of Christine and Paula Trent.  In a meeting with the Harris County District Attorney's office on June 12, 2009, members of the meeting are heard stating that the statements either 1) appear to be inconsistent, or 2) that they are inconsistent.  Listen to the recording, and if you agree that Christine and Paula Trent should be prosecuted for aggravated perjury, please sign the petition.

(Give the recording time to load.)

One thing I want to note here, is in the recording, I made a statement about Paula and the car door, when in fact, I meant car door handle.
