Response from Mark Lewis, the Silverman's Attorney
When it was discovered in a letter dated April 6, 2006, that there was another custodial account that Sean was not aware of, a letter was sent on June 2, 2008 to Mark Lewis, the Silverman's attorney, requesting the information for this account. Instead of receiving the information requested, the following letter was received.

Message from Sean:
"I do want you to put up the letter and say kiss my ass under it. Why all of a sudden they make mention of the inheritance and it never came up before and I can't be bribed or bought out for some stupid inheritance and if they didn't want this to go as far as they did they sure didn't worry about me when all this came down and they framed me. Ask them why if they want me to move on with my life, why am I still having to owe them money that I work hard for at a piss poor job because I am a felon and can't get a better job and getting paid $8.00/hr and I owe them still and have to suffer and can barely afford my other things so how am I supposed to move on with my life...yeah they never thought of that did they. So kiss my ass tell them cause they can keep their stupid inheritance and shove it because it's not going to fix my situation..."
