Petition

We are attempting every means to get the charges dropped and have Robert's record expunged.  Elected officials tend to pay more attention when people make their voices heard, and we need yours!

Robert was convicted of a crime he did not commit, all based strictly on the accusations of Christine and Paula Trent, with no other evidence.  This is an atrocity and if they are allowed to get away with persecuting an innocent man, think how easy it would be to do this to others, and it could happen to you!  This is not justice, but gross incompetence, abuse of the judicial system and the persecution of an innocent man.

The petition reads as follows:

"To: Harris County District Attorney and Judge
We, the undersigned, support Robert McClendon's cause and believe that all charges should be dismissed due to lack of evidence.
We believe there is reasonable doubt that he committed the crime of assault for which he was originally charged and convicted.
We hereby request that his case be reviewed, to include interviewing witnesses that were coerced by threats, into not testifying for fear of reprisal. We ask the judge assigned in this matter to dismiss charges because guilt could not be proven beyond a reasonable doubt and expunge his record."

PLEASE SIGN OUR PETITION!

Please assist us by signing the petition to dismiss the charges and expunge Robert McClendon's record.  Make your voice heard, this is your Constitutional right.  His rights have been grossly violated by Christine Trent, Paula Trent and the criminal justice system.

across the continent, but most important of all,

it is heard."
