The "Promissory Note"

This is a Promissory note that Sean supposedly signed on
 September 27, 2004 but how did he sign this when his mother, Carol Isbell
 hasn't seen him since December 2003 as stated to Investigator Ed
 Gruninger in the investigative report. Also look at the signatures. Carol
 Isbell's handwriting is the same as Sean's supposed signature.

The question is, why would he now sign two notes?  If you notice, this one does not have a date filled in.

THEN, after all the correspondence, the above undated promissory note is received with writing "Paid in Full Theodore Silverman". (?)

Did anyone notice that Carol Isbell made herself the third party beneficiary on this illegal promissory note?

(Compare Sean's signature below to the signature on the "promissory note".  Beth Chrisman, the Certified Document Examiner determined that his signature was authored by the same person who authored Carol Isbell's signature.)
