Persons Involved in the Sean Isbell Case

The following people, are the people who either conspired together to commit multiple crimes against me and get me convicted of a crime I did not commit.

Ted Silverman D.O.B. (07/31/1913)  This is Sean's Grandfather who set up the trust accounts in Sean's name. He lied to investigators, the District Attorney, signed checks that Sean supposedly signed, used him as a tax shelter and framed him for a crime that he did not commit to protect Sean's Mother Carol Sue Isbell - D.O.B. 11/24/1956.

Anne Silverman D.O.B. 03/16/1920  D.O.D. 11/16/2006  - This is Sean's Grandmother who set up the trust accounts in Sean's name. Anne suffered a stroke 2 years prior to Sean's conviction and suffers from short term memory loss and may be suffering from Alzheimer's disease quoted by her daughter Cindy Goldman in the investigative report. When Anne Died Sean was not even allowed to go to the Funeral as he was told by his probation officer "that if he came into contact with his Grandma, he would be violating a restraining order.

Cindy E. Goldman D.O.B. - 02/08/1950 - This is Sean's Aunt and the daughter of Anne and Theodore Silverman. She lied to the District Investigators in the investigative report quoting "Her Nephew Sean Kurtis Isbell has been exploiting monies from her parent's for over a year, and believes it is in excess over $150,000". Cindy also goes on to say "Sean will not leave her parent's home until they write him a check". What is bizarre about this is Cindy has only seen Sean once since the year 2000 and has never seen Anne and Theodore physically write Sean a check. Cindy has taken this off of word of mouth and as we all know the people involved in this crime have all been caught in lies. This also comes from a woman who claims in the investigative report " Anne Silverman (Sean's Grandmother) suffered a stroke two years prior to Sean's conviction and suffers from short term memory loss and may be suffering from Alzheimer's Disease". Cindy heard this from Anne Silverman who suffers from memory loss but lies to the investigators. How can this be believable from a woman who can't remember anything? It is evident to say that Cindy Goldman falsified information to the District Investigators.
 

Marvin Goldman - D.O.B. - 06/27/1951 - This is Sean's Uncle, Marvin. He is the Husband of Cindy Goldman, The son-in-law of Anne and Theodore Silverman and the brother-in-law to Carol Isbell (Sean's Mother). Marvin has witnessed a lot of the abuse by Carol Isbell towards Sean. He knows the truth and knows Cindy his wife lied to the Investigators. By Marvin knowing the truth and not saying anything it puts him also in the category of covering up for a crime that Sean did not commit.

Ira Goldman - D.O.B. - 01/14/1986 - This is Sean's Cousin Ira who is the son of Cindy and Marvin Goldman and the grandson of Anne and Theodore Silverman. Ira had not seen Sean from the year 2000 - 2007. Ira and Sean recently started speaking again in 2007 and Sean asked him about this crime on My Space and Ira said "Your Mother I would describe her as someone who is miserable in her life. She is a person that needs help, she has problems". He also stated "He has heard from his mother, Cindy, Carol has stolen things from Sean's Grandparent's in the past and knows she has taken money from Sean's Grandfather and thinks she stole money from my trust account". In the same conversation on My Space Ira says "Sean's Grandfather misses him, and he thinks Sean's mother is behind this because it's just who she is. She's not a happy person and wants to make everyone else's life miserable and since she is behind this, she should get what's coming to her.

After Ira was confronted by his Mother, Cindy and Sean's Mother, Carol about this conversation, he stopped talking to Sean. But it was a little to late because he stated what he has seen and what he has heard from Cindy Goldman and Carol Isbell. These My Space message can be seen on this website as well.
 

Mitchell Morrissey  - This is The Denver District Attorney who said " He can't prosecute Carol Isbell for crimes committed until someone tells him she committed crimes, even though all the evidence has been presented to him. 

On this website it states a mission statement:

The mission of the Denver District Attorney's Office is to professionally and competently prosecute crimes and investigate potential crimes on behalf of the people of the State of Colorado and, in doing so, do justice, advocate victim's rights, and advise and consult in the deterrence and prevention of crime. Denver District Attorney Mitchell R. Morrissey and his staff work to ensure the open, even-handed and humane administration of justice.

This is some mission statement that doesn't mean anything to Mitchell Morrissey because if it did he would clearly not need anyone to tell him that Carol Isbell committed crimes and Sean Isbell did not. (Refer to the DA page on the website for more information).

Governor Bill Ritter - Bill Ritter was the Governor when all this took place. Now he says he doesn't have any jurisdiction and can't do anything about it.

Joseph M. Morales - Chief Deputy District Attorney - This is the Chief Deputy District Attorney for Denver, CO. Sean has written several letters to this man and all he could say in response is " My job as a prosecutor is to seek justice, and in seeking justice it is not my job to have people plead guilty to cases in which they are innocent" (refer to Joe Morales Correspondence on website). When you deny evidence and threaten a 20 year old that he could be facing 32-68 years in prison of course he is going to take a plea. Joe Morales knows he didn't investigate this case because if he did he would "Seek Justice" and prosecute the real criminal Carol Isbell. He won't do that though because it would make him look bad in front of the courts.

Howard R. Glicken - CPA - This man was Anne and Theodore Silverman's CPA. He tampered with records, books, and documents to make it look like Anne and Theodore never set up any trust account's in Sean's name. He protected Anne and Theodore along with Carol Isbell from going to jail for fraud and stealing money. Sean asked Howard Glicken for his records for over a year and it wasn't until five months after Sean's conviction that he finally sent the documents Sean had been requesting along with forged Promissory notes that Carol Isbell had forged. When Sean received these documents he also had noticed a lot of documentation missing. Could Howard have not included these documents to protect the Silverman's and Carol Isbell? What was Howard trying to hide? Fraud, Tax Sheltering, Forgery?

Lewis Cohen - Financial Advisor at Wachovia Securities located at 2740 North University Drive.  Coral Springs, Florida 33065 - This is the Silverman's and Carol Isbell's Financial Advisor. He broke several UTMA (Uniform to Minors Transfers Act) laws reagrding Sean Isbell's Trust Accounts. He sent money in Seans name to Carol Isbell knowing that Sean was not living with her nor did he see her since the year 2000. Carol Isbell took these checks and signed her name to the back of the checks and not one check had Sean Isbell's signature.

Woodson Leslie Herring LLC. - (Caption) Woodson Leslie Heering is an Attorney that Carol Isbell hired after evidence was proven that Sean did not committe a crime. He claims " His client should get paid to furnish documents that Sean has requested and that $116,500 was taken from Sean's trust account but was not used for his benefits". He also says" He won't debate whether Sean or someone else signed Sean's name on the Agreement Regarding Monies Owed but presumably his Client, Carol Isbell signed the document prior to or after Sean supposedly signed this document. But what can you expect? He is getting paid to defend someone who has been caught in lies, broken the Uniform to Minors Transfers Act and who has committed forgery as proven by a Certified Document Examiner.

John Ventura - Public Defender in Denver, CO - John Ventura was Sean's Public Defender. He showed up to only 1 of Sean's 3 court appearances and told him if he did not take a plea bargain that a jury would find him guilty, and sentence me to prison for 32 - 68 years because they would take a look at my Grandparent's, then take a look at me and side with my Grandparent's because they are old and can't comprehend anything. This man was getting paid by the state and didn't care about Sean or his case because if he did he wouldn't have lied to Sean and he would have fought to get the evidence. When John Ventura first spoke with Sean his words were " Sean you are 38 Years old, why are you doing this to your Grandparent's"? Sean responded "I am 20 years old and didn't steal any money from my grandparent's"? John responded "Oh...wrong file"! So can you really trust these public defenders?

Nichole Lorraine Matteo -08/10/1980 - This is Sean's ex-wife. She left him hanging when Sean was arrested for this crime and when he finally got out of jail, he found that she had taken everything he had (furniture, movies, sentimental items...etc) with the exception of some clothes and pictures. She had drained the bank accounts.

Susan Kay Isbell D.O.B. 12/05/1985 - This is Sean's younger Sister Susan. She lives with Sean's Mother Carol Isbell and claims that Susan is Mentally Disabled as she has told the Courts and Doctors. Susan is a very healthy person and if she is mentally Disabled it is because Carol (who has abused Sean) has made her this way. Sean recalls an instance when he was 14 years old and Susan was 12 years old where he witnessed his mother still taking showers with Susan because she did not know how to bathe herself. In December 2003 (The last time Sean saw his sister when he went to give her a birthday present and his mother who stated to the Denver District Investigator that this was the last time she saw Sean) Susan said she didn't want anything to do with Sean. Sean knows that Carol Isbell told Susan to say that as Sean's mother controls his sister's life.

This is a Picture of Carol Isbell's house. She remodeled it with Sean's money and below is 1 permit that Sean found on Public Records that $4,380.00 was put into the house. Where did she get this money when she hasn't worked in 22 years and in that same month Anne and Theodore Silverman accused her, Carol Isbell of stealing checks from their house.
