Sean's Arrest/Conviction

I was
 arrested by Investigator Ed Gruninger for violating a protection order
 but take a look at the time the protection order was written up and
 signed. I called my Grandparents on December 2, 2004 at 7:45PM and was
 arrested for violating a protection order dated December 3, 2004 signed
 at 2:45PM. I didn’t violate any protection order and was arrested on a
 false charge of violating a protection order.
Where's the paperwork was stating that I
 couldn't speak to my grandparent's"?

This is the investigative report and in this report, Sean's Mother,
 Carol Isbell says she hasn't seen her son Sean since December 2003 and
 and was accused by his Grandparents of stealing checks from their house.
 So how did Sean sign Documents in 2004 when his mom hasn't seen him
 since December 2003.

“This is the money Sean is ordered to payback to his grandparents.
 Where did they come up with this amount”?
