Violation of Protective Order
Here is the Violation of Protective Order dismissal that was granted because Christine Trent and her mother were caught lying in court. They positively identified Robert as the person who violated the protective order, but they were wrong. Of course, the Harris County District Attorney's office took Robert to court, in which he had to pay a $500 bond due to the accusation, but as usual, the Harris County District Attorney that tried to prosecute him for the violation had egg on her face. Imagine that. Their "star" witness got caught lying...AGAIN. When are they going to get it? That they represented liars and those liars made fools of them. Why did the Harris County District Attorney's office not prosecute them for false report? We have proven many times that they are liars. (protective order, trial, Precinct 4 report, dismissal of protective order, Christine lying to homicide investigator) What does it take to get these people prosecuted?
